Is there a thread where all these "Lessons learned and things we should maybe be doing after the pandemic" ideas are being debated?

Because that's how polls work.......
It's admittedly a small sample poll but there are many others with larger samples that produce similar results.
No, you really didn't.
Your statement was framed as factual. You can't back it up so you're backing yourself up. Well done for coming to your senses, but don't get all snippy because you could express yourself properly.
Doesn't matter, I was simply debunking rocky's assertion that most Americans reject progressive policies.
polls are easily rigged by both sides.
Then that just makes you wrong. Most folks tend towards the center, not far right or left.
And easily dismissed when they don't agree with your assertions. Just like facts don't appear to bother you either.
Voting for the lesser of two eveils just means things end upgetting more evil.
not in a time when millions are unemployed due to Covid, that hurts the nonwealthy as well.
This is a lie. Most progressive policies are very popular with the American people.
Now, having said all that -is Joe Biden the guy who's fighting for all that? I don't think so, not from what I've seen. Bernie might have been closer, if a bit too far, and I think I would have voted for him even before this pandemic -if only as a "what the hell, it can't be worse than the Trump Admin" vote as well as to help my kids get the candidate they want.
Then why was Bernie so far behind against a corporate democrat? It wasn't even popular enough within his own party to secure the nomination.
And not voting for the lesser of two evils makes it more likely that the GREATER of two evils gets elected.
Look, either Donald Trump or Joe Biden is going to be elected. If you think both of these are equal, you are an idiot.
The lesser of two evils is still better than the greater of two evils. If you throw your vote away, all you are doing is enabling the worse option.
Can we stundie posts from the USA politics sub-forum?rockysmith76 said:800 out of 300 million is a majority? Good luck with that.
Provide evidence that the economic concerns are as important as, or greater than public health.
It's not a lie, it's an opinion
800 out of 300 million is a majority? Good luck with that.
If one's opinion goes against the available evidence that they are quite aware of, what would you call stating that opiniont?
I'd call it lying.
very sampling evidence.
I'd call this a dogpiling, because thats what it is.
"Love it or Leave it".... I'd call this a dogpiling, because thats what it is.
