Confirmed cases are up 19% from yesterday. This is the fourth consecutive day the percentage increase in number of cases has dropped, but I'm not sure if this trend will continue. In my opinion it seems a bit early in the epidemic's progress for that.

Canada vs the USA. Because Canada's population is 1/8.7 that of the States, typically ratios for raw numbers in many areas run 1:8.7 (or 10 to 87) for Canada:USA.
The source for
Tested is
Wikipedia. The source for
Confirmed cases and
Deaths is also
Wikipedia. That page is often more up-to-date than the Canadian government page, meaning the numbers for confirmed cases and deaths may differ from what I posted above.

The ratio gap for deaths continues to widen, with 33 American death for each Canadain death.
However, some research I did indicates the virus arrived in the States a full ten days before Canada. If that's true, then Canada's growth curve is lagging America's by ten days, and the US has seen approximately 4 additional doublings to Canada. Four more doublings would put the Canadian death toll at 624. Only time will tell if the Canadian infection and mortality curves are indeed trending downward, or if this is merely a calm before a huge storm.
