Oh for crying out loud, PL. If we knew how to disinfect microphones, we would have told you.

I'm not asking how to disinfect a microphone, I'm asking about killing virii on a metal surface. I will then extrapolate that to the specifics of a microphone

The instructions on the bleach bottle are for washing clothes. The ones on the CDC are a solution strength for washing floors

I was hoping people here had some specific advice

Why are you not even trying to research this online???????

What the hell is wrong with you? Seriously. I tried to ignore a few of your LMGTFY posts.

Did it occur to you that I already had?

Did it occur to you that usually I'm the person people ask about this stuff?

Take a breath and stop assuming things about people

That's not anecdotal, he cited the research to back that up. You citing your experiencing with one doctor is an anecdote.

Ok, perhaps I'm mistaken in this one situation. Perhaps.

But, are you disputing that DO's have to pass the exact same board exams that an MD has to pass?

Is it your position that DO's don't have the requisite medical knowledge that an MD has?

Do you believe that there is only one way to solve a problem?

Can you prove that Osteopathic medicine isn't as effective as "MD" medicine?

I'm not advocating for either, I'm just pointing out that they are equals in the eyes of the law, and the medical community.

I know you haven't because you keep asking the same question over and over.

Feel free to put me on ignore.

No.

No.

No.

Read the link that has been provided more than once now.

The doctors can be equal, the specifics of Osteopathy are definitely not equal in the eyes of the medical community.

Still scary.
And from an economic view, this is going to crash the markets on Monday. A lockdown might be necessary, but the economic damage will be severe. Recession a deadl certainty now.
Yes. I think we can now say this recession will be worse than 2008, regardless of what happens with the progression of the virus. Too much money lost with everything shutting down. Hard to say when the actual buying opportunity will be on the market, probably not now.

Of course any real vaccine is many months away simply because of testing for side effects. So any vaccine right now could only be termed "candidate" until approved by the local regulatory body

Asked & answered, then.

Also, worth noting that side effects are and issue, but they're checking it works first. Anything can be proposed as a vaccine - making one that actually works is the key.

And it won't happen this year, which means it's kind of irrelevant right now.

Thank you for your responses.

As to the quoted, I would ask what your experience is in the matter.

A few years ago I suffered a serious injury on a job. Broke my back and my left scapula.

When I presented in the ER the first Dr. I saw was an MD, he ordered some X-Rays and then wrote me several prescriptions for the pain.

But, after the first round of X-Rays I was seen by a different doctor, a DO. He ordered a CAT-scan as they had found the broken scapula, and sure enough that's when they found the broken back.

He, the DO, didn't write me a bunch of prescriptions but instead asked me what I needed, if anything.

As it turned out all I really needed was something to help me sleep, so he prescribed 10 tabs of 10mg valium.

I'm not suggesting that one was right and one was wrong. I'm just pointing out the difference.
