I think the reason no one brought it up is because this has a certain legal aspect to it. If the lady is guilty, etc.

Okay, it's time to ask this seriously:

Do folks just not understand the difference between someone chasing down and shooting a teen who was walking down the street, on one hand, and a violent attack on the other?

Do you not understand the difference between a cop and a random person?

The reason I ask is because these asinine takes put it into doubt. Sorry, but Zimmerman chased down and shot Martin, no doubt, regardless of what your "black thug" fantasies tell you. And We've seen numerous examples of cops acting to enforcement proto-fascism since then. Shooting people in their homes, on the streets, at the Toy Gun section in a Wal-Mart.

Trus whenI say that thes e kids likely do not need to be protected from racism. They've likey dealt with it starting when they were kids. What they need is a break. Some room to relax.

Dunno what this has to do with Popeye's, except that University food courts are being sold out to corporate interests, and also Popeye's is actually very good fried chicken, that I remember from befor I went vegetarian.

(Ugh, my friends when I moved down here were raving about Chik-Fil-A. Really!? It's just not that good...)
