If the GOP truly has become the "Party of Trump" then the name alone would be enough to make any Trump scion a viable candidate.

Ivanka is a somewhat decent prospect for the GOP as she would allow them to claim that they're not misogynist, she's not actively stupid and she and Jared Kushner seem to have political ambitions.

Don Jr. could be viable in 20 years or so, as an older white man he'd appeal to the GOP base and by then the GOP and Trump family would be inexorably intertwined.

As Dubya showed, a wide range of personal and temperamental deficiencies isn't a barrier to being President so long as your family has enough pull in the party so there's hope for Eric yet - either that or he'll be a modern day Billy Carter.

I agree. The Donald has a grip on the masses. He is shrewd enough to play on people and get away with his lies. None of the kids show any of that talent. Also, I'm sure half the GOP hate Trump's guts, it's just that he is useful, and that any attempt to replace him would turn out really, really dirty.

The moment he is gone, in whatever way, there will be a frantic scramble for power, and none of the Trump kids seem to have the muscles to be in for that.

Trump claiming that Schiff was (illegally) briefed, but he wasn't, is disconcerting on so many levels.

Dow plunges over 1,000 points. 3.5% loss, worst drop in two years.

Trump takes credit for the gains but he's being quiet about the drop.

He tweeted in 2015 that if the Dow falls by mere than a 1000 points the President should be impeached and also in another that the President should be "loaded in to a very big cannon and shot into the sun at 'tremendous speed' no excuses."

This is not accurate. Florida has 29 electoral votes and Pennsylvania 20, a total of 49. In 2016 Trump received 304 electoral votes, Clinton got 227. So in the scenario outlined above, Sanders would win with 276 electoral votes to Trump's 255.

If Bernie wants to win Florida "Well at least Castro made the trains run on time" is an odd place to start.
