It says something about the mentality of the Trump supporters that they consider Trump and the US to be one and the same.
Though in the few minutes since the air base attack, at least one person on this forum has said he is rooting for the Iranians.
Of course he is playing right into Trump's hands with that....

Just what we need...another Middle Eastern quagmire and more of our young men and women dying on foreign soil. We haven't even finished the last two quagmires.

Please, please tell me what is the leftist agenda? Equal rights and opportunities regardless of race or one's sexuality? Concern for the environment? Healthcare for those who need it? We leftists are so bad.

I'm still waiting for any info on the alleged 'imminent' attack that was the (claimed) reason for taking out Soleimani. So far, whenever asked, the WH just repeats the same claim that there was such an 'imminent' attack. Perhaps all will be revealed at the same times as Trump's tax records and the emails they refuse to give to the impeachment inquiry.

I've always had problems with people who make that statement, because so often they're not really just saying what it originally meant - that it's our country even when it's wrong (and implying that it is our duty to stay and try to fix it) - but that when our country is wrong we should just shut up and count it as right. That seems to be what you're saying now.

"My country right or wrong" is a philosophy for people who are too stupid, too cowardly to take an unpopular stand, or too lazy to think for themselves.
