Czech shooting: Gunman kills six at hospital in Ostrava

And look at how much national press this is not getting. I did a search for any mention of the name "LaBryson Polidore" (the shooter in question) on CNN and got zero results. I see no mention on FOX News either, just their local affiliates.

Type his name into a search engine and look at all the news sites popup that you've never ever heard of. The story has been out 4 days and nobody cares.

Hey, it's just another day where 13 people were shot in a major city, nothing to see I guess.

But I'm not surprised. I already predicted this would happen with this story, and why, a few pages ago. You're black, sorry no Rolling Stone cover for you. A brutha can't get a break, man!

How is that bad ? IMHO not commenting on mass shooting, especially on the shooters, is the main thing we can do. We are not fighting shooters, we are not fighting weapons. We are fighting 'mass shooting culture'.
Here in Czech Republic we had mass shooting last week, mentioned few posts back. Things like that are super rare around here (also we are tiny country). Yet in the following week, at least 2 other people threatened to repeat it. It's simply infectious meme, similar to suicide (and in many cases, it is just form of suicide).
Not reporting on it at all would be best. And when reporting, the focus should be on victims. Numbers, names, personal stories, showing they were real people.
Not reporting on shooter, weapons, methods, background, especially not political views or mental issues (that can help another mental ill to identify with the shooter).
