If we're taking her word for it, is it "litigious" to file for damages against one's world-renowned and astronomically wealthy rapist?

Also, what would being an ex-call girl have to do with it at that point?

He may have forgotten that it was a mews house, with a garage on the actual ground floor, and the living room, kitchen, etc. on the first floor. This is one of those things that has mystified me all my life. Lawyers and apologists bring up a woman's history as if it were a negative argument against her. But a former call girl, a prostitute, a good time girl, a slut, etc., all these people have demonstrated over and over that they, more than most, know what consensual sex is. Over and over they've engaged in consensual sex. Reasonably, one might conclude that they, above all, would be the most reliable judge of what the difference is and when it occurs.

If it happened in 2001 when she was seventeen, why wait all this time before reporting it? Fact is, had she been eighteen she wouldn't be able to litigate.

Sure Maxwell and Epstein are despicable but it is also despicable for a prostitute to use blackmail over her client as a bargaining tool for compensation. That is the sole reason she has dragged Prince Andrew's name into it. Cashing in on the #metoo victimhood.

Otherwise I file this under slut-shaming and victim blaming with idol worship as the sole reason you're doing it.

Adult male has sex with female prostitute who is well paid, enough to have flown over to London from the USA - not once but 23 times all over the world with Ghislaine Maxwell - and who had supplied references indicating she was seventeen at time. She claims to have had sex twice more with the prince.

Now prostitution rackets are wrong and illegal and would not exist were there not clients who wanted to use them.

But no-one died. Lots of sex and fun was had by all.

I don't see why you think there's a connection between how many times she flew to London and how well paid she was. She might have been paid a pittance. The plane tickets weren't coming out of her pocket.
