OK, OK, let's just take a litigious ex-call girl's word for it that Andrew literally tore off her clothes and raped her on Ghislaine Maxwell's bed. In fact, he is so stupid he posed for a happy photo with her before so doing.
If we're taking her word for it, is it "litigious" to file for damages against one's world-renowned and astronomically wealthy rapist?
Also, what would being an ex-call girl have to do with it at that point?

ETA: I have dated two women in my life who were formerly exotic dancers. They and a few of their friends from that period of their lives are probably the most straightforward no-hangups honest people about sexual topics I've ever met.
