Clintonemails.com: Who is Eric Hoteham Part 4

My last involvement as I am familiar with your tactics -- and, no, your tactics do not comprise honest posts honestly discussed .

1. Subtle attempt to reverse burden of proof

2. Make up your mind. Did Comey want to exonerate or to press espionage charges?

As to DoJ and Lynch, they may be sleazy as hell, but what you have here is neither smoke nor gun and certainly falls far short if what you hand wave away in other threads about Trump and cronies.

And the floor is yours.
1. Not so subtle. I was ROFL.

My memory is that a couple emails contained information that, while not classified at the time they were written, later became classified. I don't know of any email that contained information that was classified at the time the email was sent. I think that's a pretty important distinction.

I believe it turned out there were some attached to forwarded emails, but they weren't clearly marked as confidential. In that case, the distinction becomes whether or not Clinton was deliberately and willfully storing confidential documents on the server, which would be necessary to prove beyond reasonable doubt for a successful criminal prosecution. Trumpers don't care about such legal nuance, though; they don't even have a credible theory about why she would be doing that, other than her general evilness. But after 25 years of Clinton witch hunting failures since Whitewater, they thought they finally had a "gotcha!" and since that's the best they've been able to do, they just can't let it go.

Yes yes it's definitely trumper's that can't let this go:rolleyes:

I know your attempt was at snark, so let's see if we can help you out.

There are dates on the posts. Do note who it is that keeps bumping the thread. Others are responding to the paranoid delusions. People tag-team in when called for. There is no one as dedicated to pointing out the flaws in the bumps as TBD is in keeping his moment of glory alive.

FOR TBD, who is, in my world, still secretly hate-reading this thread :)

WASHINGTON — A yearslong State Department investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private email server found that while the use of the system for official business increased the risk of compromising classified information, there was no systemic or deliberate mishandling of classified information.

The inquiry, started more than three years ago, found that 38 current or former State Department officials were “culpable” of violating security procedures in a review of about 33,000 individual emails sent to or from the server that Mrs. Clinton turned over to investigators.

APD Uncovered No Persuasive Evidence of Systemic Misuse Relative to the DeliberateIntroduction of Classified Information to Unclassified Systems While there were some instances of classified information being inappropriately introduced into
an unclassified system in furtherance of expedience, by and large, 'the individuals interviewedwere aware of security policies and did their best to implement them in their operations. Correspondence with the Secretary is inherently sensitive, and is therefore open for broadinterpretation as to classification, particularly with respect to Foreign Government Information. Instances of classified information being deliberately transmitted via unclassified email were the rare exception and resulted in adjudicated security violations. There was no persuasive evidence of systemic, deliberate mishandling of classified information.

:jaw-dropp:eek: I've never, EVER been more shocked in my life.

Is the important word systemic or deliberate? Well crafted sentence! Woof!

Is the important word systemic or deliberate? Well crafted sentence! Woof!

For English speakers both words carry the weight of the same function. They are modifiers to the gerund. The important words are actually "no" and "mishandling". Knowing it would be part of a TBD thread, they constructed to give nit-pickers a chance to blow smoke.
