And supposedly the agenda will not involve environmental issues at all, but instead will focus on things like economic growth.
Sounds... like a actual Republican concerns will be addressed, then. How can they better divert public property and resources into the coffers of big businesses so that the big businesses can extract large short-term benefits for themselves and leave all the mess for everyone else to take care of! Speaking of Doral, though...
Mayor of Doral heard about G7 plans from Mulvaney press conference

These people are sick, arrogant, incompetent, and inconsiderate bits of smegma. This obviously isn't news, but it really needs said more.
The United States just made a deal with Turkey to give them everything they wanted
Can that thing they did even really be called a deal? "We'll give you everything you want, run away with our tails tucked in, and thank you profusely for giving us a 5 second head start before you start shooting at us!"
Mulvaney just asmitted it was a quid pro quo in the Ukraine deal.
Which we all knew because it was ******* obvious, of course. Still, he jumped a little prematurely to the usual, "yeah, we did it, but so has everyone everyone else, so we did nothing wrong!"
The US is much worse off now.
GOP slogan will probably still be "better now."
Eh. It may be more transparent, but it seems like pretty small potatoes. Hard to get a good comparison, though. Most professional politicians seems to be much less transparent about this kind of thing.
Hosting G7 at his own resort? Mmm. I suppose that may well be small potatoes compared to much of the rest of the the massive and overwhelming corruption that pervades the Trump Administration. It would be pretty much unthinkable in the Clinton or Obama Administrations, though. Should we long for the days when a guy used a relatively tiny amount of government funds to do some home renovations and was removed from his position with broad bipartisan support? When picking at government waste tended to lead to examples of a couple hundred dollars extra used to hire entertainment for an event, rather than things like the ever growing maw of immigrant detention centers as the unnecessary costs just keep skyrocketing by millions at a time.
In other news...
Lawrence O'Donnell on what Speaker Pelosi stood for
She was standing up for American voters whose democracy has been attacked by foreign agents while Donald Trump welcomes those attacks.
She was standing up for children held in custody at the southern border by Donald Trump, and mothers and fathers separated from those children by Donald Trump.
She was standing up for Kurds in Syria being killed tonight by forces unleashed by Donald Trump.
She was standing up to the lies and racist poison that Donald Trump has been spewing since he first opened his mouth about President Obama's birth certificate.
She was standing up for all of us against all of that.
And so, of course, it was impossible for Donald Trump to understand the moment. Impossible for him to understand what that photograph represents to the world. That's why he tweeted it into history today.
What Nancy Pelosi was saying to Donald Trump then was 'All roads with you lead to Putin.' Those words will be forever memorable."
All roads with Trump lead to Putin? That's far too true.
Facebook might be a GOP media organ
Major policy decisions at Facebook are being driven by three Republican political operatives who work out of its powerful DC office, former Facebook employees tell
I don't think I had heard of the other 2, yet, but... it quite matches the evidence.
