Not "herself" in (2) above. Oh no: rather, some (unidentifiable and unverifiable) "author" (on a send-in-any-old-crap-and-we'll-web-publish-it-to-give-it-the-wafer-thin-veneer-of-authority website) named Krissy Allen.

As I've already said, it would be a tragic day indeed if someone attempted to quote themselves as a reliable source. And it's obviously NOT what Vixen has attempted to do here. So we can all rest easy on this one, at least........

I know I do! If Vixen states a fact, well then...it's for sure true.
That 'boulder' was too big to throw from the parking parapet,
there was no grate over the window below Filomena's window, Knox took a private chartered jet home from Italy, Knox broke into a friend's house and was forced to apologize, the money theft charges were dropped, Knox went to the store to buy bleach, Raff owned a Napapijri jacket and is left-handed, Knox was a cocaine fiend, Knox had sex on a train, Curt's house and neighborhood were far nicer than the Mellas', Curt was the worst offender re child support in the country, and the list goes on and on and on....

Amanda and Christopher asked people who would otherwise give them a gift to make cash donations instead. This is a very typical request. And it was to help fund the reception, not the marriage. Getting married is cheap, hosting a reception is expensive, and they've not yet had the reception. Not sure if this is lying or just ignorance on your part, yet you try to use this to label Amanda as a sociopath. Totally classless.

Amanda's prank was on her roommate, so she didn't "break in". She hid a few items to make it appear as if there had been a theft, there was no "ransack". She offered an apology because the prank scared her roommate more than intended, she was not "forced" to apologize. Three more lies in one sentence. Impressive, but not in a good way.

Do you have a cite for a staff member admitting to giving Guede a key? And by cite, I don't mean a link to something written by Quennell or Krissy on TJMK, I mean an official source. I could be wrong, but all I recall was Guede making the claim of some unknown individual telling him it was OK.

Since M-B was ruling on Amanda and Raffaele's appeal, and since they were acquitted of staging a break-in, I'm curious how you base your comment that even M-B ruled it was staged.

And no, I have no idea who had previous experience faking a burglary.

Read the court transcripts of the case for yourself. As of the time, Guede had no convictions. He was convicted in retrospect after his murder arrest of handling stolen property. The nursery proprietor confirmed that he entered by using a key given him by a staff member who was latterly sacked. She confirmed the lock to the nursery was faulty and anybody could walk in.

It shows how brainwashed you are by the PR that you did not know this.

BTW Rudy had in his possession a glass-breaking hammer, of the type found on public transport or in your car tool kit. Thus, he wouldn't bother with an irregularly-shaped unwieldy 10kg boulder to smash a window three metres up or two metres ahead - if from he car-park -, (forewarning anybody inside by a good ten minutes) before shinning up a sheer 13 foot wall, when he had his lightweight aluminium glass breaking hammer in his backpack by that time.

No, M-B ruled no such thing. The previous Guede verdict S.Court had ruled it was faked. M-B had no power to contradict that.

Wow, you really are ignorant of this case if you didn't know about this young woman who informed the police of Knox' 'prank' believing it to be information they should know about. Knox only mentioned it because she knew someone had grassed (attack being the best form of defence). Your reading comprehension skills are equivalent to revisionism. Read this bit again:

Yeah, that is how I remember it as well, but I figured I'd give Vixen the benefit of the doubt and give her the chance to offer proof of the claim.

And notice how she's actually managed to kill two birds with one fictitious story. Not only was Guede a guest of the school and not a burglar, but that's why he wasn't charged. Maybe Vixen can scare up a police report, or even just a statement from the police, proving this claim.

I have news for you: Guede has NEVER been convicted of burglary or 'breaking and entering'.
