The Trials of Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito: Part 29

You've just committed a crime that involved a noisy contretemps it gives you (a) shelter and (b) a look out, until the coast is clear.

Alternatively, you are seething and raging that not only did your roommate 'steal' the handsome Italian skier you fancied but now she's 'stolen' your job. Your new boyfriend is a dedicated dope fiend (bragging about it openly on his social media pages) and knife fetishist. The pair of you are angry sociopaths with Daddy abandoning you as a kid to start a family with another woman. In Raff's case his mother died tragically and he was 'dumped' in a boarding school for orphans of doctors (BOY, IS HE BOILING WITH R A G E about that!)

The pair of you decide your roommate is a 'vampire' that needs slaying because she went out partying without you triggering your unhappiness at once again being Johnny-no-mates, the very reason you wanted to escape from Seattle and the dope fiend gets to enact his knife anime fantasies.

You have been into the old town bumped into Rudy and scored a load of powerful skank laced with who-knows-what and the three of you were completely off your heads as you lie in wait for the 'vampire'. Rudy, too, in a self made video on youtube fantasises himself as a vampire slayer and has he same user password on his PC as Raff, some dark anime character, only Rudy doesn't know the other two are for real and plan to frame him as the patsy.

After an altercation in the road behind the bins with an angry Albanian driver who almost ran one over you realise, hey, I know where Mez keeps the key to the downstairs flat, we can wait there until she turns up from yet more socialising and she didn't invite me.

So you make yourself at home in the boys flat whilst one of you drags a chair into the bathroom in order to step up onto the bath ledge to keep a watch out of the window for when she arrives.

Imagine the look on her face when the three of you confront her and have a little fun torturing an pricking her with your knife as she becomes ever more agitated.

Such a good laugh!

There are simply no words..........

Thanks for that clarification! You are, indeed, correct.

Haha! Stacyhs informing Numbers he is 'correct'. LOL. The chutzpah. :D

It's called being an adult and thanking someone for correcting an error made. Some people can do that. Others, like Donald Trump, are such narcissists that they can never admit error. Instead, they just double and triple down on their mistake, end up fooling no one, and making themselves look very foolish. For example, Trump claimed he was right when he tweeted that Alabama, among other states "will most likely be hit (harder) than anticipated". He spent a week trying to convince everyone he was right even when NOAA put out a statement saying Alabama was never in danger from Dorian. A mature, emotionally healthy adult would just admit they made a mistake and move on. But some just can't admit error.

That's the same photo as earlier? Except you can see the window in full. You would probably use the chair as an easy way to mount the bath or maybe to accommodate two persons looking out.

No, it's not the same photo. It gives a much better view of the small window over the tub.

Why would two people need to look out that window? Let me guess:
Amanda was the lookout while Guede rummaged through the cottage looking for clean clothes (that were never reported missing). Don't you think the boys would have reported missing clothes under the circumstances?

But this is all speculation over something that never happened. There is no evidence anyone was in that lower cottage that weekend except Meredith when she fed the cat and watered Giacomo's marijuana for him. But you just keep on with your theory if it floats your boat.

I'm 101% certain it went down this way - Rudy Guede

For someone who brags that they only follow Court documents, it is revealing that none of the 5 courts in Italy even remotely agree with your slander.

The original Massei Court, even in convicting in 2009, wrote in 2010 that this had been a non-premeditated crime of Rudy's instigation.

Your revealing imagination says more about you...

The fantasy you just created says an awful lot about you. It explains a lot of things as well. I've always thought you were a bit troubled, but now I'm convinced of it.

Putting all that aside, Amanda was well aware that Laura and Filomena were out of town for the weekend, so if she was there and killed her roommate, who exactly would she be concerned about coming along which required a look-out? And why would they break into the boys flat, not knowing whether anyone was home or would be arriving home at any moment? Was it so she could secure a good view of the embankment as opposed to the very good view of the driveway and parking area from her own window? Do you ever stop and think about just how silly your theories and observations are?

Maybe you are a bit taller than the diminutive Ms Knox.

I am definitely a lot taller than Amanda, but that's just further justification for standing on the tub and not the chair. In fact, I doubt Amanda could stand on that chair and see out that window, being the window is in the far corner of the wall and near the ceiling.

Seriously? In your depiction, the line of sight of the imaginary viewer has eyes or a lens the same height as the front door (seven to eight feet) and can only see the upper frame of the window and not the window itself.

As I previously pointed out, I was presenting the basic argument for why viewing anything from that window would be problematic. You can't glean a lot from the photo you posted as you have no idea the height of the camera lens or how far it was from the edge of the embankment. But clearly, the window is below the top of the embankment, which means line of sight becomes a major problem with trying to see anything.

Good lord, you just keep digging, don't you.

Use the chair as an easy way to mount the bath? LOL... people climb INTO bathtubs on their own, but need a chair to step in the ledge they routinely step over? Wow, you really don't think things thru, do you. And now were up to TWO people looking out this tiny window? That's just freakin hysterical! That window is barely enough for one person to look out of.

I can't wait to see your next iteration of the 'theory of the chair'...

No, it's not a wall, it's a railing.

Nope, sorry.. it's a knee wall. There is also a knee wall/planter ninety degrees to the entrance knee wall. Clearly they are there to ensure no one falls down the embankment. If you need a photo of this just let me know.

I see you have no words of criticism for Meredith sleeping with a guy who was growing weed in his apartment or for her watering his plants. Rather hypocritical, innit?

She also constantly harps on Amanda's parents being divorced and makes comments such as;

"The pair of you are angry sociopaths with Daddy abandoning you as a kid to start a family with another woman."

Yet she never mentions that Meredith's parents also divorced and that Meredith grew up in a run down shack. So Amanda is a sociopath because her parents divorced but Meredith is just the sweetest angel DESPITE her parents divorcing.

Extreme bias doesn't even begin to describe it.

Behold the fevered evidence-free vengeance-heavy *ahem* "arguments" of the pro-guilt community.......

(As you say, there truly are no words. Save perhaps a side-observation that this only serves to confirm the nasty nonsense underpinning so many pro-guilt positions on this case, and to confirm that none of their "arguments" are actually based upon critical thinking, logical analysis, and general intellect)

I was about to draw exactly the same comparison.

Perhaps Vixen should attempt a similar exercise in spite on exactly why John Kercher might have walked out on his wife and children.....

Although actually, perhaps she should not attempt any such thing. Just as she should not have attempted the disgusting "analysis" of Knox's parents' divorce.

Still, at least Vixen's post serves one useful purpose: it illustrates (once again) just how unpleasant - in a partisan manner - so many pro-guilt commentators are clearly prepared to be in their low-fi attempts to debate and discuss this case. Shame on them.

She didn't break in. She knew where the key was.

Meredith lived in middle-class Coulsden. Mez never murdered or was violent towards anyone. Yes, she seems to have been a thoroughly nice person.

Meredith did not commit a crime. Amanda Knox did.

Please refrain from using the familiar term for the victim of this crime. It's disgusting that you continue to do so.

You see, that has absolutely nothing to do with your specious "argument".

Why am I not surprised?

(Oh and what "crime" are you referring to? You do know that, for example, there's also zero credible, reliable evidence that the Moon landings were faked or that the Mafia killed JFK?)
