You didn't use my claims, though. You just asked Squeegee to speculate about my position, rather than discussing his own position directly with him.

There's no rule about it. It's just weird and counter-productive, and I'd rather you didn't try to get me involved in it when you do it. It's up to you.

Have you changed your stance, then? Are you in agreement that Trump committed perjury? Or at least that Mueller stated that Trump committed perjury?

Which further supports the point I'm making. Mueller was quite free to clearly state "Trump committed perjury." Instead, he made a vague claim that requires piecing together various parts out of paragraphs of text. One is a clear statement, the latter is a vague, wishy washy ambiguous way of making sort of a statement.

Didn't seem vague to me at all. Mueller was very deliberate, especially in the second part of the hearings.
 
At Mueller's appointment: "Thank God they appointed a man of honor and integrity!"
After his report: "Why did he have to act with so much honor and integrity?!"

It's a shame that you are unwilling to discuss the topic of this thread. Really, these are simple, clear questions that you can give simple yes or no answers to. Kind of like the questions and the answers Mueller gave, actually.

It seems like your argument with Squeegee depends on what my opinion is. I'm not interested in participating in that. Find someone else to talk about. Whatever you and I have to say to each other about this topic, it's already been said.

My argument with Squeegee is not the topic of this thread. Mueller and what he found out/reported about Trump is. So, in keeping with your desire not to talk about participants in this thread, let's talk about the topic. Did Trump commit perjury? Did Mueller state (whether clearly or unclearly) that Trump committed perjury?
 
Wasn't Mueller avoiding making a judgement? Saying that someone lied or committed perjury requires knowing that the act was intentional. In the mind of a prosecutor or investigator, that would be something left up to a judge or jury to decide.

You're correct that I couldn't say you failed at the task of installing cable. My point is that you would have failed ethically and as a citizen. My point is to see if we can reach the baseline agreement that people CAN be criticized for failures of things other than the law and a job description.

Not meant as an analogy. You keep responding to everything by bringing us back to the legal and professional parameters. If you don't acknowledge that any other basis for judgement exists, then there's no point in wasting any breath making the case for the specific criteria that I think applies.
