"No real Russian agents anywhere" is pretty funny language by the columnist. It's like he's trying on purpose to illustrate the No True Scotsman fallacy. Except for all of the Russian agents like Internet Research Agency, Guccifer 2.0, Maria Buttina, Natalia Vesilnitskaya, Yevgeny Prigozhin, etc., there aren't any real Russian agents in this story.
