Which, of course, don't preclude spreading baseless conspiracy theories about past office holders.

Seriously??! The USA has similar, more advanced technology failures than the Russians? Is that what you are saying, Donny?
Trump Tweets
Through massive devaluation of their currency and pumping vast sums of money into their system, the tens of billions of dollars that the U.S. is receiving is a gift from China. Prices not up, no inflation. Farmers getting more than China would be spending. Fake News won’t report!
Am I the only one that can't figure out what he's trying to convey here?
If farmers had been speculating in currency they'd have made bank? You know farmers and their aw shucks old-fashioned investment portfolios.
The difference between 2-year and 10-year yields fell to 3 basis points in early Tuesday trading, the lowest since June 2007, after data from the Commerce Department showed July core consumer prices rose by a faster-than-expected 2.2% from last year, accelerating past 2% for the seventeenth consecutive month. The data suggests importers paying tariffs on China-made goods -- $6 billion alone in June and $28.8 for the nine months of the government's fiscal year -- are starting to pass those costs onto customers.
President Donald Trump, however, took to Twitter Tuesday to suggest that there is "no inflation" while insisting the "tens of billions" the government is collecting is being paid by the Chinese government. Link

Fasten your seatbelts. This is from a financial analyst website called "The Street." Economists increasingly fear an economic downturn is not only looming, it may have already begun.
Trump has a well-established history for screwing things up. His major mistake is always refusing to acknowledge reality. Like Atlantic City, things look good for a while but eventually his flawed strategies spell doom. The fear is, that's what he's doing with the US economy. Business people are already warning that his trade war with China is being handled in a way that is causing price rises and material shortages. Farmers complain his trade policies have cost them billions and billions of collars in export income.
Just as with the football league, the airline and the casinos, this can't go on. I just hope the downturn happens before the 2020 elections so we can be sure of getting rid of this idiot and cut our losses. I'm sure it will turn out that it's going to take many years to repair the damage The Dunce has already done.
He's not going to miss the rallies. He'll keep on having them until he dies. The same way he will tweet after being in the WH. He complained just a few days ago about Obama making comments after the two recent shootings, apparently suddenly unhappy about presidential norms not being adhered to, but who believes he won't be ranting up twitter with his usual lies and ignorance about both past and future presidents after he's out of office?![]()
He sure is going to miss those rallies though. Wouldn't entirely surprise me if he just kept doing the anyway.

Something I have also been pondering. That's another thing that's been on my mind lately.
No matter what happens; he loses re-election, he gets impeached, even if he goes to prison... Trump isn't going to "go away" like literally every other President, good and bad (whoever you want to put in to whatever category) has.
I don't see Trump having one of those "Post-Presidency quiet lives of occasional speaking tours and humanitarian projects" lives.
Something I have also been pondering.
Even if he loses reelection, he (and his family, and cronies) has been given some high level insight into the operation of the U.S. Gov.
The Trumpsters' group does not strike me as one that will hesitate to monetize that insight however they can, regardless of what harm they may cause doing it.
If I was the next President like literally my first priority in office would be a top down review of policy and to, on a policy level, basically "change the locks" as much as possible.
Yes, I would intentionally change just base government procedures as much as possible on a functional level, every form would be updated, I would move people around, I would... shuffle the parts as much as I able to, just to subvert what you are (in my opinion correctly) worried about
I have it on good authority* that every president is given 3 assassinations to use as they want. How sweet of you. A more canny president would arrange a state funeral. Really arrange it.If I was the next President like literally my first priority in office would be a top down review of policy and to, on a policy level, basically "change the locks" as much as possible.
The so-called 'inverted yield curve' and increased inflation are not the only signs of economic trouble.Fasten your seatbelts. This is from a financial analyst website called "The Street." Economists increasingly fear an economic downturn is not only looming, it may have already begun.

Nobody with any power or influence will want to deal with him. But I can see large number of his current followers wanting to see him speak, regardless of any scandals or embarrassments he has in office.I think that once he's out of power, he will be totally impotent. No one will want to deal with him. He's not going to miss the rallies. He'll keep on having them until he dies.
