Was it just one comment, though? I thought she went on the telly and pushed this "crime is out of control" message pretty hard. But, okay, she apologized for it, that's fine. I can accept that, I suppose. The real issue is that her hubby, then president, provided an awful, awful amount of growth to the prison-industrial complex to the point we're still suffering immensely under it.

Better question: Why doesn't Trump go fix Baltimore? Is he their president or not? When he saw that FOX segment, did he say, "This is terrible! I've got to do something!" Did he at least say, "Get me the mayor of Baltimore on the phone! He's got to do something!" Nope, when he saw it, he thought, "That's Cummings district? Haha, where's my Twitter machine! The deplorables will love this!"

Near the end of his string of rants, Trump said, "When Baltimore leaders want the City to rise again, I'm in a very beautiful oval office waiting for your call!" Who knew? He's got his magic MAGA wand all ready to fix Baltimore, if city leaders will just ask.

Never before in our history has there been a greater difference between the smallness of the man in our highest office and the size of that job.

Those kids aren't the brightest. If someone would explain to them that they could get higher rents if Daddy cleaned up the slums and actually did something about the high unemployment, I bet they'd be all in for some sort of socialist program.
