2017 saw funding allocated for 40 miles of replacement barrier fence, basically the last of which is being completed (more complex stuff like gates and monitoring systems).

2018 saw funding allocated for 80 miles of replacement and new fence (no walls). 10 miles or so has been completed, all of it replacement only.

It's his delivery that's most disturbing. There's no difference in the inflections than when he said "Ten thousand people, and I could've filled that ten times and you know it"... a casual but typical pathological lie, than when he says he could kill ten million people.

He's become a complete sociopath.

ASAP Rocky will stay in a Swedish jail for at least another week after prosecutors were granted more time to investigate an alleged assault.

The American rapper has been held since being arrested on suspicion of assault on 3 July.

A prosecutor now has until 25 July to decide whether to charge him, Stockholm District Court decided.

Note that the article is somewhat misleading. It's not that the prosecutor needs more time to "decide" whether to prosecute him or not, rather they need more time to complete their investigation. They can of course seek another extension if they want, although they typically have to justify this by showing that their investigation is actually uncovering new evidence.

Meanwhile:

A$AP Rocky's mom believes the country of Sweden is trying to make an example of her son ... and there's very a good chance it's only because of the color of his skin.

Renee Black says she's run out of ideas to help get her son out of jail ... thinking President Trump's involvement would have been enough of a push to free Rocky. Renee has only spoken to Rocky one time since he was locked up earlier this month, but says he sounded strong.

While Renee tells our camera guy she doesn't want to pull the race card, it's hard for her to ignore the signs ... saying, "if it walks like a duck and it quacks like a duck, then it's a duck."
