I've mentioned it before, but I repeat it because I think it's funny: I read a blog once where the guy wrote something like, "In a just world, Trump would be a used car salesman, and Steve Bannon would be the guy standing in the front of the lot dressed in a hot dog suit who masturbates in the bathroom at the Arby's across the street during his breaks."

They did screw up the Judith Miller reporting. But the bulk of the mainstream US media screwed up the march to the Iraq war.

The NYT and the WA Po have some of the few investigative reporters left in this country.

Hey, numb-nuts, why are you holding it in a 20,000 seat arena if there were 100,000 requests? You are trying to run a country and you can’t even figure out how to run a rally.

Watching a Trump rally requires wearing sunglasses; the light bouncing off all that white skin is blinding.

I watched a Trumper being interviewed by CNN's Ed Lavendera at the rally. When asked if he worried about Trump's divisiveness and lies hurting the country in the long run, the man replied, "I don't think so. You'd have to tell me what he's lied about first of all. I don't think he's lied about anything." Lavendera asked, "You don't think he's lied about anything?" The reply was "No."

Trump has over 10,000 documented lies and this MAGA hat wearing man doesn't think he's lied about anything. Hopeless. Just hopeless. And some people get offended when we say the stereotypical Trumpers are stupid.

Overruling his experts, Pompeo keeps Saudis off U.S. child soldiers list

Fairly self-explanatory, really. Saudis are apparently using child soldiers in Yemen. Countries on the list require a waiver to get US aid. Looks like Pompeo's acting to protect Saudi Arabia... again. Reminds me of when he was working to try to help the Saudis come up with a plausible cover for Khashoggi's murder.

Not sure if this is supposed to prove that "heaps" of black people voted for Trump but surely looks to me that almost none voted for Trump. Only 6%. Am I missing something?
