Fox News' Sean Hannity supported President Trump's comments Wednesday that he would be willing to listen to a foreign government if they approached him with information on a political opponent, calling it a "genius setup" by the president.
"In many ways that was a genius setup because the media mob will fall right into his trap, breathlessly spewing fake, phony outrage over a nonstory for days," Hannity said during his monologue on "Hannity" on Wednesday night.

Sean, we won't have to. Trump is proving all on his own what a total criminal hypocrite and numpty he is. All it would take is to compile and rerun his contrasting statements one after the other with no commentary necessary. He is self-incriminating.

Trump is such a disgusting POS.

With luck, either he will be impeached and then thrown out of office to face criminal charges, or the voters will kick him out in the next election and then he will face criminal charges.

In either case, as long as Trump is out of office and in jail, then I would be most happy indeed.

Yes, of course, When we say, "go to the FBI when a foreign government wants to help your campaign," we mean, "go to the FBI when you, as President, talk about anything to someone in a foreign government."

Note: The original Tweet said "the Prince of Whales". Seriously. If it had been left up for some time I'd think it was an intentional distraction. The quick edit makes me believe that The PDJT thinks it's really spelled that way. Maybe some staff member grabbed his phone and fixed it.

This generated an instant hashtag on Twitter and will no doubt provide much fodder for comedians today.

The president is supposed to be briefed before the meeting beforehand, and debriefed afterwards, by his intelligence staff that communicate with, among other intelligence services, the FBI.

And of course, receiving any information directly pertaining to his campaign is a "thing of value" and thus strictly illegal under campaign finance law.

This idiot's staffers understand nothing, and the idiot himself couldn't read an intelligence briefing if it were presented as an episode of the Muppet Show, and has no clue what the distinction between his presidency and his campaign, which has and will cause further crimes.
