Already there have been some... incidents, like the abandoned umbrella and at least one case where he was meant to go to a podium and sign papers, and just walks into the middle of the room and stands there, seemingly uncertain as to what to do to next. He has to be led to the podium by his handlers.

The military is a painting and polishing company with guns.
The military solves a lot of problems by throwing physical labor at a problem. In the Navy, our boat was damaged once, and while in drydock, the repairs for a transit to better port threw off the distribution of weight. We had to form a line to carry hundreds of plastic coveree lead bricks by hand to make up the difference. Not the craziest thing, but moving heavy lead because it is heavy is one of the most menial things I did.
