( they got Bill Clinton on 13 Counts and impeached him) You cant impeach a sitting President plus the minor fact that he was vindicated despite Mueller saying that couldn't exonerate Trump but couldn't charge him either, on a Massive NOTHING BURGER!!! THERE WAS NO CRIME THEREFORE NO TIME for those of you who think this Coup de tat is going to go any where.. Look at a chart showing unemployment rates for the last decades and tell me again the current low unemployment rate is Trump's work. I'll wait.

I once actually spoke to a trumpkin who cherised Trump for having brought unemployment down to record lows. When I pointed out that unemployment had been plummeting during the Obama years, he turned around 180 degrees and said that just was due to Obama taking a lot of loans (or something) and that this would hurt the US in the long run.

So low unemployment is a good thing, until one points out it's thanks to Obama, at which point it becomes a bad thing, and the shift can happen from one second to the next. No internal consistency. It's incredibly fascinating, and I'm glad we have ex-trumpers to explain, or attempt to, the mindset behind this behaviour.

You point out that President Clinton was impeached immediately before asserting that a sitting president cannot be impeached.

I almost think this is satire it's so over the top. Even TBD and logger were somewhat more intelligent then this rant.
Even those two would know better then to say you cannot impeach a sitting President.

Others have gotten to this first but not quite explicitly stated the facts.

1.) The only presidents that can be impeached are sitting ones. Your post is not even logically consistent with itself since you do state the Clinton was impeached.

2.) If you were paying attention to what Mueller said you would understand that the only thing keeping him from indicting the president was justice department policy. Just to make sure you are keeping up, indictment and impeachment are not quite the same thing.

3.) I have listened to all of the Mueller report. The president would be indicted on Obstruction charges based on the content of volume II of the report.

True, Although I despise Trump I don't see the wisdom of impeaching him with no chance of conviction. If there was a reasonable chance of convicting him I would say go ahead full blast.
As has been said, term "High Crimes and Midsemeanors" is so broad a term that the House could ,on paper, impeach a President for eating a cheese sandwich.
 
We need to get a betting pool started on how long our new friend will be with us......

If he is banned for being a sockpuppet, all bets are off......
