To be honest, I'm not sure Bubba actually understands his own posts sometimes. I think he just copies what's aimed at him, in the hope that it will somehow make a valid point if aimed back at his opponents.

Well, my deluded spouse is floating on air (or some toxic gaseous miasma) because, apparently, Donnie has given the illustrious, highly respected AG Barr the ok to declassify some documents. Qanon-entities are certain that the Traitors (namely, HRC and Obama for starters) will be exposed as the baby blood drinkers and pedophiles and Satan worshippers they are....ooops, that's not treason per se, is it?
I had not seen any headlines in the "fake msm" so I googled the FISA thing. Headlines in RealClearPolitics, Washington Examiner, theepochtimes and other RW groups. i found an article by NBC and March articles but very little info on DT"s "unscheduled impromptu" press conference in the Rose Garden (where he was seen with pages of notes touting his achomlishments (sic) and a sign tackily attached to his podium.....talk about being transparent!!
Anyway, I am ignorant of the nature of these treason charges and am hoping Bubba could give us a BRIEF recap of the offenses and the EVIDENCE that supports it. Or not.
I learned a new term (to me) yesterday- confirmation bias. When a person seeks only information that will support their view. Anything outside of that is irrelevant or a false flag or fake news or a conspiracy. And isn't that why we are here?
My husband and I cannot even talk about shared history without his CT-tinged rewrite coloring everything. The Moon landing was a hoax, RBG is dead, Sandy Hook was faked (I almost cold-cocked him on that).....and he says he pities me.
I have lived abroad in Mexico and GB, travelled all over. My family heritage is State Dept and the Diplomatic Corps. I studied foreign policy, IR, political and economic systems, learned Spanish, Russian and German and remained politically active for my entire life. BUT he says all I learned was lies, my uncles and grandfather (FDR's man at Yalta)were traitors or Illuminati shills.....my entire life is a sham.....I know he is delusional, especially since he had to ask me at the polls "who are we voting for again?" for most elections and didn't even get deficits, tax policy, how welfare, EBT, housing etc work. But it is difficult to not smack him into next week, especially today.
Bubba can you tell these nice folks what is predicted to happen when DT imposes martial law after all these people are hauled away and all us liberals start rioting in the streets? Y'know military tribunals, suspension of our civil rights, due process, right to face our accusers....basically a coup d'etat in the US? And how y'all think that this is just a glorious day in the US?
I just started reading Dr George Lakoff and his theory of the Strict Father Morality and how conservos have manipulated disparate conservative groups into a hugely successful band of self-righteous prigs. It is fascinating and helps explain how evangelicals and greedy corporations and polluting Big Oil convinced the Flyover US to vote for the Bloviating Buffoon.

a) We used to have journalists. Now we have Media. The people in mainstream media are basically Democrat activists. That should give you a clue..
b) Ask yourself why you could not find much on that Rose Garden thing. Hint: The democrat activists posing as journalists, and their bosses, dont want you to hear about it. Thats how it works. Especially in election season. We will just have to wait and see if anything happens with the declassification you mentioned.

But the media part....I'll put it this way...The media talking heads are more
like democrat activists than they are like impartial journalists.
CNN is the best example of that.
It was most evident during the past election season. There are many documented instances, of it, not only on CNN.
Instead of doing their jobs, they all worked so hard for Ms Clinton. One was caught, and fired for, passing debate info to her before a debate. (a big no-no).
Snopes says that did not happen, which proves that it did happen.

So you didn't actually watch CNN during the election, did you? You're just relying on things you read on the internet (again). Trump was on CNN way more than Hillary was.

Pass the popcorn ... this strikes me as a set-up for further corruption, or the set-up to a house cleaning that will be immediately turned I to a made-for-TV movie. With such clearly defined villains and victims, it could be a chance for redemption by self-demonstration or maybe just a dumpster fire of corruption.
I sincerely hope that progressives understand that they're defending the will of the people - and use people power. Sign up democrats and teach them to vote in primaries.

The trouble with these headless movements, is that they succumb to mission drift. They're dragged into a bubble that resembles a rigged thunderdome from Mad Max. It's great for ratings, but the corporate media business model requires big money being paid by advertisers that (coincidentally) are owned by the same corporations.
The people can't see where the media company begins and the industrial giant begins. They also can't see where McDonnell-Douglas ends and the Defense Department begins either.
We have a model for a constitutional republic that the compact created to gain (the perception of) consent from the people. That's taught in school, but it's an inch deep and a mile wide.
Over-top of that greatly over-praised model, we have a control fraud perpetrated by the compact that created the command structure. It's reason has changed. A tycoon doesn't want to lay the people to fight a war - taxes are expensive. So, a captain of industry would build his own ship and call himself a "commodore", just as some had sent horses to the cavalry, others equipped fully equipped cavalry regiments.
The battle for hearts and minds is what drove post WW2 propaganda, because compact and command had a common external enemy. Russia is not communist, nor the Soviet Union, but there is a three-letter agency out there that needs that part of the world map to be coloured as a threat. The CIA is struggling with institutional survival, so, an ideological treat from the Soviets, is being turned into a blood-feud with Russian people. Russia was an ally until 1945. Russia defeated Nazi Germany with 20m lives. I think it was Eisenhower that said every Westerner owes them a debt of gratitude.
How does the media con work ? The two party system is only a slight variation on the one party system. At elite levels, it's explained that a one party state will defeat a multiple party state because the will of the people is easier to get. More "unity" (or the perception of unity).
Its done wjth interlocking boards of directors with about 130 executives that have discretionary spending power. That money is spent on media coverage ... sending g reporters to this candidate, not because they're pro-war and pro-Wall Street, but because they're at 2% in this bullsh!t poll ...
