Not really, you need a good reason, and when you have freedoms of speech, then this becomes harder. If you have Hate Speech laws then you might be able to do so based on their previous behaviors and thus the likelihood that their speech on entry could consist of a crime, but even then you are treading thin ice.

It was probably more than a dozen lives that were saved. There have been reports that he planned more attacks throughout the city, so between this guy and the Police Officers that took him off the road, they could have saved at least as many people as those the bastard had already killed.

And unfortunately at 50 deaths this now makes a new record for New Zealand for massacres over the past couple of centuries. Previous to this there was the Featherston war camp riot which had 49 deaths in 1943. Oh such a sad day that we learn that this has now been exceeded.

I like to think I would have done something similar.
I know how 'action' freezes you, I have been there in an actual shooting war. You are trained to overcome it but bullets flying in your face is different to bombs from aircraft!

EFT-POS machines are a bit bigger then a smartphone. I certainly wouldn't want to get hit by one if it was thrown at me, but otherwise, totally agree with you.

Another humorous example is how they view the success of European colonization and genocide of Native peoples in America as demonstrative of whites' fitness to take ownership of the New World; yet at the same time they protest the unfairness of creeping liberalism and unstoppable multiculturalism in western countries, and of course their victimhood in the "white replacement" theory they espouse - things which should, according to their own internal logic, demonstrate the unworthiness and inferiority of the white race relative to those who are doing the "replacing".

Anyway, the reason the alt-right and neo-nazis "praise" him is ironic. IIRC the daily stormer (white supremacist website I believe) modified their webpage to be a "pewdiepie official fanpage", or something similar after the WSJ said PDP was a racist, etc. etc.

I think they need to. It is too late to prevent this massacre but things like this, especially spread online, could inspire copycat attacks.
