I have to repeat whats wrong again too?
They are not variations of similar conditions. You are willfully refusing to look at why you are wrong.
Here's how they are not variations of similar conditions:
Psoriasis is an autoimmune disease.
Eczema is an allergic reaction.Ichthyosis is a genetic mutation affecting certain proteins in the skin.
You want to keep digging your heels in, be my guest. Be wrong to your heart's content.
Incorrect. Eczema proper (atopic) is a genetic - inherited condition - and often goes hand in hand with ichthyosis, also inherited, as is psoriasis.
You are thinking of contact dermatitis when you refer to an 'allergic reaction' and this usually is something that is acquired in adulthood, due for example, working in an industry which brings the sufferer into close contact with substances such as certain types of soap, detergents and rubber/latex products.
I specifically said they were treated similarly by skin doctors as they present with a similar 'cornification' of the skin. I never once said they were identically treated. However, focus will be on moisturisation and cortisoid creams to alleviate symptoms.
