I can't wait to hear the sycophants' spin this one. "See? The Russians didn't want me to win because I would go easy on them but because I was the worst possible choice for America!"

Good. It all needs to come out, from the NY bureau to Russia collusion.
No one needs to release any espionage secrets to expose the ******** that really did do a version of the angry HDS employees in the NY office.Isn't that the same thing?
I'm not so sure.
If this stuff can be released to the public in a way that does not compromise any of the multiple investigations into Trump's criminal enterprises, then sure, otherwise, they need to remain secret for now. Prosecutors generally do not like to give potential targets a head's up as to what they are doing, unless they think it might benefit their investigation in some way e.g., putting the wind up a potential witness who might know something.
It is for this reason that, in recent interviews, both Jerry Nadler and Adam Schiff made it clear that any House investigation into Russia and Trump will be undertaken in consultation with the SCO to make sure that they don't tread on toes and compromise that investigation.

“The FBI legally has to give us these records or explain why they cannot,” CREW Executive Director Noah Bookbinder said. “It is important for the public to have all of the information that the law requires be made available.”
As anyone in law enforcement will tell you - cell data like this doesn’t lie. So, if sources are correct this is hugely significant.
As any defense lawyer will tell you, all it proves is "that a mobile phone traced to Michael Cohen briefly sent signals ricocheting off cell towers in the Prague area".
It doesn't prove that Cohen was in possession of the phone.
It certainly adds to the list of "things that make you go 'hmm'", though.

It's NOT as accurate as law enforcement says it is. As in how close they can pinpoint a person's location. That said, depending on the cell tower type and a few other variables the location of a phone can be pinpointed anywhere from 45 mile range down to a couple of hundred feet or if there are GPS tags to 5 feet.
Still, I'm inclined to believe that Cohen wasn't there as I don't see why he would continue to deny going to Prague at this point. He's about to go to prison for 3 years. This would be the kind of info that could reduce his sentence if he could prove it.

I don't think we're talking about that level of precision. We're talking about a city he claimed he wasn't in.
I think that cell phone tower data has sufficient resolution to pin down what city the phone is in.
Cellphones operate in the GHz range - that is line of sight only, with a range of only a few miles - that is why cities are peppered with celltowers; to get the coverage
If your phone is pinging a particular tower, then you are within line of sight radio range of that tower.
If that tower is in Prague, you sure as hell aren't in Kansas any more.
EDIT: if this cellphone ping thing is confirmed, than that is another of the reports in the Steele Dossier confirmed.
My career was in selling communications equipment. Yes, you're right. Cellular communications operate on LOS to specific cellular antennas as does all RF although signal reflection can and sometimes does come into play. The distance from the antennas varies by the power of the antennas and that varies by both geography and population density. If you're in nowhere Kansas, the antennas are powerful and your phone could be connect to an antenna as far as 45 miles away. If you're in Manhattan, your phone is likely connecting to a microcell low power antenna a hundred to a couple of hundred feet away.
My point wasn't that the cellular towers couldn't be used to pinpoint someone's relative whereabouts. Just that the precision has been often exaggerated. In fact, there have been miscarriages of justice based on it.
Now, certainly, if there is really cellular data showing Cohen's phone in Prague, it is highly unlikely that Cohen wasn't there.

Which seemed unnecessary, since there weren't any claims of his location being pinpointed, aside from being in Prague, that is.
