Being mistaken for a couple of minutes does not constitute bias.
.
Also, having a negative opinion of someone, or criticizing someone, even harshly, does not constitute bias.

Be careful, saying that criminals are criminals is an ad hom![]()
This is how the person that TBD is quoting describes himself:
Sure, no bias there at all. He only absolutely loves every single thing the right wing numbnuts like, including Kid Rock (what the ****? Who actually listens to Kid Rock), and describes himself as a Nationalist.
In case anyone actually thought that this guy might be credible, don't worry. He's not. Moving on.

"Baby, it's cold outside"? Is that a parody account?
Especially when they are self confessed criminals and this wasn't a trial.
Oy vey
rejecting the analysis of a lawyer because he likes kid rock is an ad hominem fallacy.

Is there any fallacy that you understand properly?

Rule of No
Which is why Trump finds the entire judiciary an alien concept.Flynn is going to have a hard time finding a judge that isn't biased against criminal activity. Bad things happening to criminals is the raison d'etre of the criminal justice system.
NEW: Trump indicated in a 1988 sworn affidavit that he has a deep understanding of campaign-finance laws.
To bring a campaign-finance case, prosecutors have to show someone knew the rules and violated them willfully.

I'm rejecting the analysis because it isn't based on reality - this wasn't a trial, the judge's comments were made as part of a sentencing hearing the trial having been completed when the criminal Michael Flynn plead "guilty"
Oh dear, you see the problem was that this was a sentencing hearing, and if the Judge was biased against the defendants that would effect sentencing.

Judges say all kinds of nasty things to people who have been found guilty at pre sentencing.Yeah, he was being too judgemental... Imagine that: a Judge at a sentencing hearing sitting in judgement on a man who plead guilty to a crime. Outrageous!
