This is how the person that TBD is quoting describes himself:

Sure, no bias there at all. He only absolutely loves every single thing the right wing numbnuts like, including Kid Rock (what the ****? Who actually listens to Kid Rock), and describes himself as a Nationalist.

In case anyone actually thought that this guy might be credible, don't worry. He's not. Moving on.

"Baby, it's cold outside"? Is that a parody account?

Also, having a negative opinion of someone, or criticizing someone, even harshly, does not constitute bias.

It's like he's a deer in the headlights.

The salient facts escape his analysis. Such as that Flynn lied to the media, lied to the Vice President and lied to the FBI. And Trump himself fired Flynn because of this. These are the facts and none of the parties to the case dispute them. Flynn has plead guilty to the crime and the court has accepted his plea.

All that is left is whether the judge sentences Flynn to no time, 6 months or somewhere in between. In the scheme of justice related issues this is minor as there are people right this minute sitting in jail cells that haven't been convicted of a damn thing. In fact, we have had lots of people serve years in jail before a trial for minor offenses. Ralph Berry spent more than 3 years in jail before being released. As of today, there are people in 15 States that have spent more than 5 years awaiting trial.

Oy vey

rejecting the analysis of a lawyer because he likes kid rock is an ad hominem fallacy.

I'm rejecting the analysis because it isn't based on reality - this wasn't a trial, the judge's comments were made as part of a sentencing hearing the trial having been completed when the criminal Michael Flynn plead "guilty"

Which, of course, isn't at all what I did. That was one of the many areas that I brought up. The fact he labeled himself as a Nationalist, the fact that he celebrates every Right wing buzz meme that can possibly come up, is why. I blatantly explained that in my post as well, and in the reply to you. The fact you either can't comprehend or aren't bothering to is your fault, not mine. I committed no fallacy, and it's hilarious that you, for some reason, don't understand that. Thanks for the chuckle.

ETA: By the way, the chuckle was because you accused me of an ad hom, while you were strawmanning. He he

Oh dear, you see the problem was that this was a sentencing hearing, and if the Judge was biased against the defendants that would effect sentencing.

Yeah, he was being too judgemental... Imagine that: a Judge at a sentencing hearing sitting in judgement on a man who plead guilty to a crime. Outrageous!

WRONG!
WRONG
WRONG!

Please prove that Judge Sullivan has a personal bias against General Flynn. It is not bias if his disgust and judgement derives from the facts of the case.

Another swing and a miss from The Big Dog.
