For a year online conspiracy theorists and marginal publications have argued that Sullivan would dismiss the case because the government failed to turn over exculpatory material, or because his interview was conducted incorrectly. Since Flynn filed his sentencing brief, more mainstream outlets – including Fox News and the Wall Street Journal’s editorial page – have taken up the cause, proclaiming that the FBI broke the law in its interview. Those arguments are, and have always been, errant nonsense, as any legal professional should know.

Any actual attorneys in the house (siddown, Fido, not you)? Are the terms being used strictly "legalese". They refer to a company owned by a foreign country and they also refer to the "foreign sovereign". Would a company owned by a foreign country extend to any company owned by any national of a "Not USA" country? I also I tend to think of a "sovereign" as "royalty". I'm guessing they're using the term differently, to mean any citizen of a foreign country.

I rarely find myself particularly curious about the things you dangle as curious. Especially when you prop up your curiosity with rank bullcrap.

Are you having readers on or something? I hope you (and the powers that be) don't object to that question. It seems to me like an appropriate question to address to someone who's entire persona on this forum is fake.

It is genuinely hard for me to grasp your posts, insofar as they are disconnected from reality to such an extreme degree, and you seem to be making every effort to raise that disconnection boldly up a flagpole.

We can add you being wrong about what happened in court in December to you being wrong about what happened in a court in may. Regardless of what you think of Mueller, none of your arguments carry any water when they make their case in court. They are proving to be simply better at this than you.
