Telling that I am being questioned for absorbing and analyzing new information by "skeptics."

Judge Sullivan let America down today.

LMFAO!!

I think Judge Sullivan made his country proud.

As for you being questioned for absorbing and analyzing new information. So? The problem is your analysis is absurd. It seems to have been based more on hope then critical thinking, logic or the law.

You were so sure that Sullivan's request for the 302 was a sign he was upset with the prosecution as opposed to simply seeking information that has been questioned as evidence for some dirty deed. You never had a clue what was in that 302 but you transformed it in your mind as something that showed the government was being unjust. A real skeptic doesn't jump to that kind of conclusion.

You always seem more interested in the peas than the steak. The charge of lying to the FBI was and has been relatively irrelevant. It's serious, but the cooperation was and is much more important in the scheme of things.

"I felt terrible about that," Sullivan says, after the prosecutor notes Flynn's conduct as a foreign agent ended in mid-Nov 2016.

Just wow...

Kind of a low point for American Jurisprudence today, huh folks?

Rule of Dog?

*taps nose*

Given everything that's been reported, and the way this case has escalated, I'm not shocked at all if the Judge asked for more details or clarification.

The individual here lambasting the judge for asking questions seems to, still, not understand that there is a bunch of information that he's not privy to. Which is ironic because that same issue has hopped up and bitten him in the ass more than once. I am not referring specifically to this thread, because the Hillary thread is just as full of his off kilter analysis, on several topics. The fact that anyone can play the victim after posting a myriad of spite filled, sarcastic, and insulting posts is kind of funny.

No, thanks for asking. He made a mistake, something you, yourself, have done ad nauseum. The biggest differences are at least the judge can admit when he's wrong, and has the ability to feel remorse.

Yesterday you thought this dude was great. What happened?

I think that most federal district court judges are not insane. On the other hand there are some people who fancy themselves to be experts on the law.......

Resorting to attacking the judge as being "insane" when he doesn't deliver the desired results is not an unexpected or surprising reaction. It's straight from Dear Leader's playbook to discredit Mueller. Both fail. Frankly, I found it completely predictable.

Yeah how dare the judge change their minds or admits to a mistake? You'd never do that.

It’s almost like the fine points of the law are rabbits, and our resident hound has never, in fact, come close to apprehending one.

I’m beginning to question the mutual amity of the relationship.

What's odd is that TBD seems to think it'll fool anyone here. Which audience is he playing for?

Yeah, Flynn was only acting as a paid unregistered foreign lobbyist on election day. After that day, he mostly only violated the Logan Act and lied to the FBI. Good of the judge to clarify things for us.

Just blown away that the Judge would take a ******* hand grenade like a totally false accusation of TREASON, and throw into court on a man's sentencing hearing for insignificant process violations that have a zero-6 month range.

And he feels terrible about it though, although none of the Leftists feel to torn up about it.

JUSTICE FOR FLYNN!

Prosecutor Brandon Van Grack, who initially demurred on the treason question, said that he is confident that Flynn did NOT commit treason and that that is not an issue.

No ****
