I had no idea but now it seems totally obvious checking out the clip. I have felt nothing but contempt and disgust for Trump ever since the early 80s.

I remember starting to read articles about how he dealt with contractors and quickly learned to despise him. He would hold back final payments and demand a discount if the contractor wanted any future work or if they ever wanted to get paid.

If the contractor still balked, they would continue to stretch out payments and accuse the contractor of shoddy and substandard work.

MINUTE ORDER as to MICHAEL T. FLYNN. On December 12, 2018, the Court ordered the government to produce "any 302s or memoranda relevant to the circumstances discussed on pages 7-9 of the defendant's sentencing memorandum." The government responded to the Court's Order under seal. Having reviewed the government's submissions, the Court finds that the January 24, 2017 FD-302, which was drafted immediately after Mr. Flynn's FBI interview, is relevant to Mr. Flynn's sentencing. The Court also finds that the government's proposed redactions to that document are appropriate. As such, and in view of the strong public presumption in favor of public access to judicial records, see, e.g., Nixon v. Warner Commc'ns, Inc., 435 U.S. 589, 597 (1978) ("It is clear that the courts of this country recognize a general right to inspect and copy public records and documents, including judicial records and documents."), the Court FORTHWITH ORDERS the government to file its proposed redacted version of the January 24, 2017 FD-302 on the public docket. Signed by Judge Emmet G. Sullivan on 12/17/2018. (lcegs3) (Entered: 12/17/2018)

So, did TBD even read what he posted? The judge basically said yes, that's what I was looking for and the redactions are appropriate, go ahead and formally release it.

Yup, Trebuchet nailed it. TBD wasn't just wrong when he was having his tantrum about Mueller not turning in the document, as it blatantly says Mueller did; however, he was also wrong about the Judges reaction to said document.

Let us all wait and see if there will be a formal apology to the continuous insults lobbed at Mueller, and the multiple accusations of being scum.

*sits, patiently*

He'll never admit his mistake. I'm glad someone read it thoroughly. I just thought 'who cares'?

The point of the conviction was to slap Flynn on the wrist. He plead guilty to a lesser charge in exchange for his cooperation so in many ways the interview and the 302 was always irrelevant.

Flynn didn't hand over everything and have almost 20 sessions with the Special Counsel and plead guilty to a FELONY for fun. There is a lot more coming and to that I am sure.

Ah, so they didn't actually ask specifically for the 302 for Flynn's interview! This contradicts what you have been claiming.

Pro tip: You will die of old age and your bones will turn to dust before that ever happens.

I mean, I could be wrong. I have been before. And federal judges are dangerous and unpredictable, like a wounded rhino.

But if I were Flynn's lawyers I would be very concerned about the sentencing tomorrow.

That said, naturally the judge could also vacate Flynn's conviction, send the Special Counsel lawyers to Gitmo, and fire the flare that makes a great glowing Q-shaped brand in the sky signifying that all never-Trumpers are subject to the great purge.

This follows on from the tweet from a few days ago:

The judge in the Flynn case wants to see the FBI 302s of his interview. Trumpalos are celebrating it as the judge seeing FBI "misconduct."

But if I were Flynn's lawyer, I would be very worried that the judge is pissed that Flynn is deflecting blame for his lie.

We'll see. Not long to wait.

I'm not quite sure yet, but it appears that perhaps Mueller turned over the 302s from the original interviews, but he filed them under seal, not as part of the stuff we knew about on Friday that TBD was so incensed about.

Yup, that's right. They were turned over under seal so that the judge could see whether or not he agreed with the proposed redactions before they were made public. He did, and they have been.

GIULIANI, today: Trump paid Stormy Daniels because he "was very concerned about how this was going to affect his marriage"

GIULIANI, 5/3/18: "Imagine if that came out of October 15, 2016, in the middle of the last debate with Clinton…Cohen made it go away. He did his job"
He has no clue that last comment is direct evidence it was a campaign finance violation not to report it.

That's because it did BOTH; provided benefit to Trump's personal/private/public (For most of his life he has had a presence in the public sphere), as well as influenced the campaign.

For that reason the Stormy transaction was irrespective to the campaign effort and thus not regulated as campaign finance according to law.

A dual purpose doesn't negate the campaign finance violation. Where are you getting that from?

Of course I read it.

I posted facts.

Not sure how that makes me the bad guy.

Nailed it.

If Trump was so worried about sparing his wife embarrassment, then why did he wait until a month before the 2016 election to pay off Daniels when the first reports of the 2006 affair surfaced in 2011? Stop deluding yourself that Trump gave a damn about embarrassing his wife. If he did, he would't have been screwing around on her in the first place. The man is a loathsome, lying pig who knowingly broke the law. Stop defending him.
