As I have explained Mueller did not attach the 302 OF FLYNN’S INTERVIEW.

Instead and in violation of the Judge’s order, he attached a 302 of an interview with Strzok.

A 302 of a Strzok interview. I do not think I could have explained this anymore clearly yesterday, yet I wake up this morning and find posts falsely claiming that they did so and that the unlodged 302 are a matter of record or some next level nonsense.

Just astonished sometimes at the grossly uninformed arguments I have to deal with on a daily basis.

What about the judge that made the order? Was he as astonished as you? Has he cited Mueller for contempt? Or has he accepted the documents as submitted? After all, his is the only opinion on this topic that matters.

First of all, I was astounded at the responses here.

Second, it appears that you agree that the Flynn 302 was not produced.

Third, the judge has not done anything yet, the filing was just made yesterday. Given Sullivan’s history I expect he will be pissed.

As pointed out previously, it is the 302 of Strzok as clearly stated on the first page of the exhibit.

Nothing in my post even remotely implies agreement with anything. I was JAQing about the only opinion that matters.. You have answered my questions. Thank you.

But the crucial part is that that first page of exhibit B says that it is page 1 of 5, so that means that all of exhibit B is the same 302, which is the 302 of an interview with Strzok, not by Strzok. So TBG is correct, with one caveat.

The *entire* 5 pages is not written from the standpoint of an interview with Strzok. Everything after the large redacted part (which starts at the bottom of page 11 (of the entire Mueller document) and continues to page 12 is is written more like it is information received directly from Flynn by Flynn's interviewer, and not received from the interviewer of Strzok who is retelling what Strzok said Flynn said.

Furthermore, I wonder if it is possible that the large redacted part would explain this incongruity.

However, on the other hand, it seems clear that this is Strzok's 302 document given the pagination (1 of 2, 2 of 2, etc.).

It is incontrovertible that I am not competent to offer an opinion about how all of this adds up. I am clearly ineligible. I will wait for the judge to offer the final opinion as to whether Mueller complied with the judge's request.

Are you then asserting that they did produce the Flynn 302 as was fraudulently asserted yesterday?

But at the Police Academy we were taught to always read Miranda from a card prior to interrogation. Case law was presented where the police said Miranda was not necessary in a case where the subject was in law school and should have been aware of his rights without being warned. No. If you were taught that Miranda applies at all times when the Police are interviewing someone then you were taught wrong.

Miranda only applies when the police are interviewing a suspect in a custodial situation.

Flynn was being interviewed in the White House, his place of work. This is not a custodial situation.

BREAKING NEWS: Lovers text each other a lot

These texts were not "deleted", they were lost when the phones were factory reset prior to being issued to other FBI staff. This is not some nefarious scheme, ITS STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE!

All told about 19,000 messages were recovered according to the report.

The inspector general said there was “no discernible patterns” regarding the content of the text messages that were missed by the FBI’s collection tool, but later recovered by investigators.

“The messages included some political content, some work-related content, and some personal content,” the report said.​
