No. Treason has a legal definition. But there is no question that Trump betrayed the United States and became an agent for Russia. So did Flynn.

Indeed, it's not difficult.

The Rosenbergs didn't commit the criminal offence treason according to US law, due to the Soviet Union being in a cold, not hot, war with the West.

However they were both traitors.
