With room to spare. Trump's turnover rate was nearly double that of any modern President's administration by the end of his first year.

Clinton replaced 11 percent of his senior staff in the first year. George W. Bush, 6 percent. The elder Bush, 7. Reagan was the previous record holder for modern administrations (if you go back much further the changing nature of the cabinet structure and personal staff of the President make the comparison start to fall apart and become unfair) with 17 percent. Obama, 9 percent.

Trump? 23%. And that's actually low ball because it only counts positions which have been replaced and doesn't count for positions which have been replaced multiple times; Trump has had four communications directors.

Ayers said he wants to move back to Georgia because he has small children and only wanted to serve temporarily. Trump, per his usual, is simply bloviating because Ayers turned him down. No one turns down The Donald. The Donald turns them down!
