For what? If there are unknown actors present, and none of the people tasked with researching this can identify them, the next strategy to identify them is to present them to laymen on a trip once? And it is going to provide some important piece of information?

Further, this isn't a scenario where the experts are asking for this person's review to try and identify people. We are talking about someone proactively reviewing it without being asked to try and identify people.
