Turned a spotlight on his activities.
He claims I have defamed him, which by definition means harming someone's good reputation. He also infers I am harming him by driving business away from his latest project.
Bobby's rep is awful and I don't think there is any "business" involved in the latest project, or any of the previous ones. It's worth pointing out that all Bobby would have to do to send me packing is give and honest and transparent description of Real3 Games including the officers, its activities and its finances.
Instead he has done everything he can do to hide the activities he claims are happening.
Bobby is supposed to be at the Montreal International Game Summit November 12-13. I don't think he realizes that any false claims he may make at the gathering could easily come back to haunt him.

Exactly. Bobby doesn't really understand what could happen to him if he really tried to mix it up with somebody in court. He's not even thinking that far ahead anyway.
It's possible he's going through the same shock to his narcissistic personality he suffers every time one of his "projects" gets a test in the real world. Unable to make his fantasies come true Bobby is forced to stare into vacuum that is his true incapable, incompetent self.
Faced with the reality that daddy was right about him all along, Bobby threatens and blusters.

The guy is listed as "Chief of Staff at Stealth Startup". In the interest of not ruining this guy's rep I'll not give his name (I doubt he realizes he's hooked with a loser) and just say that his function in life seems to be serving as a figure head for start-ups across North America. My guess is he signs on with start-ups with the promise of getting some of the profits.

According to Bobby there's a CEO and a CFO, too. The CFO is supposed to have negotiated with and gathered numerous investors resulting in a healthy pot of start up funds.
That story doesn't match with the corporation filing records which doesn't indicate numerous shares sold. Could it be the Real3 Games team hasn't been doing the job of keeping the filings up to date?

Menard seems unable to grow up.
Years ago he cast himself as a nonconformist, truth seeking, hero who occupied a place outside mainstream society. Most adults outgrow this sort of self adulation of their inner lives because they calm down, wise up and realize that other people and other thoughts are also real.
Instead of transitioning to adulthood Menard he has become a tragically self-deceptive man-child. In his recent fantasies of entrepreneurial success we see him attempting to relive the "glory" of his younger, freeman guru days when he thought himself the brilliant outsider who had bested the cops and the courts. This time the fantasy is that by his brilliance he is rising though an industry that everybody else moves through by hard work.
The reality of Bobby's inner self is far from that of the beautiful soul he pretends to have. Just as he once stole tupperwares full of food from people kind enough to guest him in their homes. . .just as he sold useless memberships in the ACCP. . . he now wants investors in (not) Real3 Games.
Just to feed his ego.

It makes sense. If the competition scams the marks for their $200, it means Menard can't.

I suspect we will see the same old pattern of behavior from Bobby. First the introductory buildup designed to keep the gullible guessing and then a few unverifiable "details" meant make the story sound real.
When it comes to (Not)Real3 Games ya' have to wonder why Bobby doesn't just give out the company web site and/or details for the company (which ought to show his name and position) and then get back to work.
I guess the idea that living well is the best revenge is not in Bobby's playbook.
