And not a coal miner, or many other “white, straight, male and christian” guys getting used like toilet paper by Trump and his kleptocrat friends.

I’m a straight, white, Christian man in an industry that benefits from this maladministration and its accomplices, and I look forward to voting after work to flush them down the toilet of history before they do more damage to this country.
According to at least one person I've seen commenting, sure he might be screwing them over. But at least it's better than the fake sympathy they get from Democrats.

Tonight, two Fox News hosts campaigned with the president on stage at a rally in Missouri on the eve of the midterm election.
Fox is claiming that they do not condone Hannity campaigning on behalf of Trump.

Fox News said Tuesday that it has addressed the "unfortunate distraction" of network personalities Sean Hannity and Jeanine Pirro speaking at U.S. President Donald Trump's campaign rally in Missouri the night before, and that it doesn't condone such behaviour.

Of course, I doubt that they'll actually do anything about it. (I suspect that they're just playing lip service to the idea of journalistic non-bias).

Well, it time to short stock in the US. We had a good run, but it’s over.

The average recession takes about 72 months, so the stock market in
Trump's sixth year will reach around 33,000 to 37,000 for the Dow Jones.
Shorting will likely get you squeezed badly.

When the electorate denies the existence of objective evidence we’ve reached the bottom.

Given the belief in all sorts of wacky ideas by people over, well, thousands
of years, I think we've reached bottom long ago. What's worse, I think we
may actually be digging lower.

Unemployment data doesn't include people who have been out of work so long they are no longer considered to be looking.
.....

That's true, but it's the only way to compare data over time. If you're not looking for a job because you don't want one, you're not unemployed. That includes retirees, students, parents taking time out to care for children, people with medical issues, people who have no marketable skills where they live, etc., etc. That doesn't mean that they'll never work again or they won't look for jobs in the future, but it means that at the time the survey was taken, they weren't competing with others to find work.

Unemployment rates also don't take underemployment into account, but that's a separate issue. If a teacher or a journeyman machinist works at Target or Home Depot because they can't find better jobs in their fields, they might hope something else will come along, but they're not counted as unemployed at this time.

I will dance in the streets, singing, the day that Rupert Murdoch kicks the bucket.

They probably don't like it, but those two bring in ratings apparently, and that's what tv's all about, so...

Doesn't count, because that graph only gives you data for every 5 years.

At least, that's how I'm given to understand how graphs work. Baylor can explain it to you.

Impossible. See all those wiggles between 5 year increments. That means there is data more frequently that 5 years.

ETA: Oops, should have read further before posting.

i hope if they do they have a legitimate reason and don’t leak them.

What? The legitimate reason -- one of them -- is overseeing the Executive Branch and knowing who has a financial hold on Trump. And releasing information of vital public interest to the public is not "leaking."

Trumpers are afraid of finding out just how criminal Trump really is.
