"The unemployment rate for black Americans stands at 6.2 percent — the lowest on record. The unemployment rate for Hispanics fell to 4.4 percent — the lowest on record since 1973."

Unemployment data doesn't include people who have been out of work so long they are no longer considered to be looking. Overall employment rates have been slowly rising since they tumbled in the Bush recession, but are still on the low side compared to the last 30 years. Furthermore the trend hasn't changed at all since trump took office.
