"Remember: It is IMPOSSIBLE for the Democrats to win any national election without the black vote."

-- Candace Owens (Nov 4, 2018) #BLEXIT

Care to say why that is of any importance?

Given your white supremacism, I find your inability to construct a cogent argument of your own and reliance on received opinion quite damning to your little cause.

It appears that question is not entirely settled.

All cases I could find (with a brief search) involved U.S. Border Patrol agents. Because they are acting on behalf of the federal government, those cases get mired in all kinds of issues that would not apply to a civilian. One border agent who shot someone across the border who was throwing rocks was charged and tried for murder. He was acquitted by a jury. The 5th circuit court ruled that border agents are immune from civil ligation. The 9th circuit made the same ruling in a more recent case, but it went to the Supreme Court last year and was sent back for reconsideration and the lower court then found that the agent could be sued.

Because a border agent can face criminal and civil charges and there are less protections for a civilian, I would expect the same would be true for civilians. However, it's hard to say what arguments may arise. The law that would apply depends on the specific circumstances. They could face state charges. If they are on federal land, it would be under federal jurisdiction. Of course, that raises the issue of whether the state or federal government would follow through on prosecution. It is possible they could be charged in Mexico, but I don't know how the U.S. would handle that. It appears the shooter could face a lawsuit in the U.S.
Well, if they fire on Mexican citizens, Mexico can send a force in to capture them, as the U.S. did with Pancho Villa by sending Pershing after him.

Ignore the Fake News polls, a blue wave of liberal tears is coming on Nov 6th.

"So funny to see the CNN Fake Suppression Polls and false rhetoric. Watch for real results Tuesday. We are lucky CNN’s ratings are so low. Don’t fall for the Suppression Game. Go out & VOTE. Remember, we now have perhaps the greatest Economy (JOBS) in the history of our Country!"

You missed the funniest part. I'm not sure if Candy O is allowed to use that hashtag.

Seems like, in her rush to put out that whole Blexit thing, she didn't do a few basic checks. And I know this, because there's already a group called Blexit, that has been operating out on Twin Cities in Minnesota since 2016. And they don't seem to be pleased about what she's doing at the moment, since they use the word "infringing" to describe it.

THey're probably less happy since a good portion of the activity she brought with her seem to be Russian...

Funny. This isn't the greatest economy in the history of our country.

Weird, isn't it, that he lies while decrying fake news? Well, I'm sure you don't care. He's your teammate.

Weeeeeeell....he did use the word "perhaps" which clears him of any charge of actually lying. At least by his supporters.

Do we need more examples of the typical Trump rally attendees to prove why Donnie loves the under educated?

Ya cain't fix stooooooopid.

No, but you can silence stupid with a large enough supply of Duct Tape.

Perhaps I'm Lord Frogmorton Throttlebottom the Third, heir to the Pickle Monarchy of the Magical Kingdom of Gwathorvia, and I will ride into history on the back of my miniature Giant Space Hamster, Booboo, welding the magical sword LimbRenderer.

I'm not lying ;)

Every semester, I teach one class at a local high school as part of an "Early College Program" (it's opportunity to earn high school and college credit simultaneously). The students at the high school tend to be bright but ignorant. Even though they're only couple years younger than regular college students, the dynamics of the room are completely different. They're less mature, more talkative (mostly because they know each other), and look like babies (I have to be sure I don't trip over anyone's umbilical cord). Anyway, the biggest culture clash recently has been their views of illegal immigration.

Five or six years ago, when I'd have a class debate/discussion about immigration, people always needed the following clarification: Are we talking about legal or illegal immigration? Because, ****, everyone is against illegal immigration, right? Not these students. They're in favor of illegal immigration, even though it's illegal.

When discussing the pros and cons for Social Security, they say a con is that illegal immigrants do not benefit from the programs. They say the same thing when the topic is universal health-care. Needless to say, the vast majority of them hate Trump. (Though there's some outspoken, usually socially awkward incel who plays a lot of video-games, wants to own the libs, and is familiar with Poland's immigration policies).
