He was the Assistant Attorney General in charge of the investigation that put an innocent person behind bars for the Lockerbie bombing. Forum member Rolfe wrote a book about it. Mueller faked evidence in the case and he's the one who should be behind bars.

On the one hand, it's one more piece of nonsense from the right-wing. On the other, I have to admire the attempt to use the sex offender accusation on the right's enemies, just as they perceive, justifiably or not, that it's been done to them. Essentially what James Gunn got after Roseanne Barr's firing.

Do you have a credible citation for that? I mean the last thing you were sure of was that a black poster was a white supremacist, so you'll forgive me if I don't take you at your word.

Why, then, would he have the scheme trace back to him in very obvious ways? Why would he make himself the one cheerleading the big story several days before it is exposed? Why didn't it dawn on him that all of this is super illegal?

Ask Rolfe, she only wrote a book about it. She is widely considered an authority on the Lockerbie bombing. Mueller knew he was putting an innocent man behind bars.

Not sure if it's been brought up but Mueller was Assistant Attorney General in charge of the investigation of the Lockerbie bombing. I haven't looked too deeply into the Lockerbie investigation but I know Mueller was accused of faking evidence in order to convict an innocent person. I haven't read Rolfe's book so I don't know what her opinion is on Mueller but by all accounts, the man is a liar and a fraud and shouldn't be trusted.

I'm not sure you're clear on what "know" means, given the above. If you haven't read the book and you don't know whether the accusation has any grounds, why do you think it's true?

Sigh, at least try to follow along. I know you're relatively new to the forum. About ten years ago, Rolfe thoroughly proved Abdelbaset al-Megrahi was innocent of the Lockerie Bombing. Abdelbaset al-Megrahi was put in prison in part by the fake evidence presented by Assistant Attorney General Robert Mueller, who was in charge of the investigation.

Specifics. What specifically did he, himself, fake or direct to be faked by a subordinate?

And don't just refer to the entire case discussion. I participated in and followed those threads. I looked into it as a refresher, and there was one single mention of Mueller - with regards to involvement by other countries such as Iran.

I don't know what Rolfe's book says about Mueller. I haven't read it. You don't know what Rolfe's book says about Mueller. You've not read it either.

I'm asking you for a credible source for your claim that Mueller faked evidence in the Lockerbie investigation.

Perhaps you could link to the place where you got this information from?
