I was hoping Trump supporters would eventually wake up as things get crazier and crazier, or expecting that later on (after impeachment or whatever), they'd say "Oh yeah, I knew it all the time."

If they don't see it now they won't see it later on.

Nope. I expect them to keep doubling down. Admitting they got duped by the con artist is just not a possibility. Nor can they accept that God made a mistake when he "sent Trump".
 
The craziest part of all this is, so many people warned us, if Trump doesn't tone down the rhetoric, people are going to die. It's actually begun to happen yet people seem strangely blase about it. I mean everybody: the media, Democrats, you, me. :confused:

Like at work, somebody was talking about the recent surge of mass killings, bombings and attacks in just the last week. We couldn't keep them straight. We were arguing, "Wait, when did that happen? I don't remember that. Oh wait, sorry, yes, yes I do remember."

I used to end these kinds of messages by writing, "The nightmare continues." I'm actually becoming shell shocked. Like a combat infantryman who has seen so much violence that after a while, it just doesn't register. :(

Trump has never said anything anti-Semitic.

On the other hand, just a week ago Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan compared Jews to "termites."

Farrakhan recently attended a high profile funeral (Aretha Franklin) where he sat front row alongside his pals Al Sharpton, Jesse "Hymietown" Jackson, and Bill Clinton.

So don't blame Trump for the lefts long history of promoting hatred.

The requirement isn't to use anti semitic statements. Simply not calling out anti semitism before while also discussing famous Jewish people in a manner that anti semites also use is sufficient.

"Finally"? I think you'll find that's the Old Trump. It's from 2017 and he's since realized he has some (((supporters))) who are concerned about anti-semitism.

The irony is that the warning mentioned in the article about heightened anti-semitic rhetoric, vandalism and threats came from the AG in Pennsylvania.

And I usually get so frustrated when others do this :P .

Yeah, his current supporters will stand by him no matter what. It's just so abundantly clear what kind of person he is. I mean, it was in November 2016, too, but...

The fact that this comprises so much of the US adult population is terrifying.

You are aware that Rightwing White Supremacists and White Nationalists all hate the Jews too? You might also be aware that the likes of Farrakhan and those in the While Nationalist groups hate each other too? A White Supremacist isn't going on a shooting rampage because of something a member of the NoI and a Black Supremacist says. The two groups are entirely separate. Now if a member of the NoI and a Black Supremacist goes on a shooting rampage against Jews, feel free to bring up Farrakhan, but at the moment we're dealing with someone from the other end of the spectrum who believes in White Nationalism and Supremacy, and thinks that Trump is a Jew Puppet who is too far to the left.
