Is social media censoring liberal pages and banning liberal users based on their political views? Because that is certainly happening to conservatives. Yet many here want to talk about "what could happen under Trump to liberals"

Looks to me like that is merely a function of who won the 2016 election. Elect Hillary instead and I'm quite certain you would have seen a surge in civil unrest directed by conservatives.

Depends on the nature of the harassing. Of special importance is when it comes to whether the 1st Amendment protects such speech.

How do you feel about the death threats from Trump supporters that Maxine Waters deals with all the time? How do you feel about the death threats towards students who speak out against gun violence, especially gun violence in school?

It may be worth noting that the more bad mannered of the Antifa tend to be anarchists. Anarchists have rather limited overlap with progressives and liberals.

Well... Republicans are the ones who are literally electing outright Nazis, anti-Semites, and white supremacists to be their candidates and Democrats aren't. Yeah, the evidence makes it clear beyond any reasonable doubt.

When they're indistinguishable from foreign propagandists who are literally aiming to undermine our society... I'm not too broken up about that. With that said, more liberal and generally smaller sources of news are getting cracked down on, too. Like most actual liberal news, though, their problems get largely ignored at the same time as "conservative" problems get lots of loud air time as conservatives weaponize the "We're the poor victims" narrative. This complaint sure sounds a lot like the GOP myth that Obama's IRS was cracking down specifically on conservatives (which works great as long as you ignore the actual numbers).

Even Obama could admit it, and condemn it?

President Obama announced on Wednesday that the Internal Revenue Service acting commissioner Steven Miller has submitted his resignation for his agency's "inexcusable" targeting of conservative groups who had applied for tax-exempt status.

"I reviewed the Treasury Department watchdog's report and the misconduct that it uncovered is inexcusable," Obama said in the East Room of the White House. "Americans have a right to be angry about it, and I'm angry about it."

"I will not tolerate this kind of behavior in any agency but especially at the IRS given the power that it has and the reach it has inside of our lives," he added.

Rightists stand behind Kavanaugh's rage-filled, CT-level outburst at his final hearing, during the which he angrily attacked boogymen on the Left. Supporters excuse this as righteous anger due to his being under unjust attack. And that's when he has the array of the GOP-led Senate and White House (and we can include the House) behind him.

Well, folk like River could reserve some of the same understanding for frustrated Progressives who see a Government that's not working for ordinary citizens, but instead are catering to the corporate and monied set, and pandering only to that ~1/3 of Americans who make up their loyal voting base. Ramming through an SC Justice who the majority of Americans do not want installed is just the latest "screw you" delivered by the GOP.

What you are asking is for media companies to fund right-wing commentators out of their own pockets - because advertisers won't do it anymore.

No one is stopping right-wingers to set up their own platforms and run their own pages - that would be censorship.

Opinion pieces are not evidence. And a poll showing that many folks on the right believe that right-wing views are being limited is not evidence.

In any case, Facebook is a private entity and just like Fox News, Facebook is free to us whatever editorial policy it chooses to determine how news stories are covered. If users believe (correctly or incorrectly) that Facebook has a liberal bias, then those users are free to not use it a primary source of news and are free to not use it at all.
