I note that you have ignored, again (that's twice now) my suggestion that you pick a street, any street, in Britain, and we'll try to organise a forum member to go and walk it and report back. You know, all those "no-go areas" you whitter on about. The ones where white people can't walk safely. Nope, the clueless MP retweeted something from an Owen Jones parody account, and deleted it within minutes. As satire goes it was pretty crap, but the idea that right-wing bozos are insistent that, a) she was the origin, and b) meant it, is funnier.

There have been few prosecutions because it is a hard crime to both detect and gather enough evidence to prosecute. Sitting their in Spokane you would have no idea of the preventative measures that are being attempted, but the issue is not simply being ignore. It is far better to prevent a girl being cut in the first place.
Which would prove that you haven't got the faintest clue what you're talking about. Police don't chase moped thieve because they have been too risk averse to the little scrotes crashing and killing themselves, and the family/community then bitching about it. Here's a prime example:

As MikeG says, moped thieves tend to try to evade police in a manner which also puts the public at risk, both from the criminals and the pursuing police. Example:

Being Spokane, you are clearly unaware that it's not as simple as you seem to think:

I know. But since UK is too scared to conduct such studies, I used a German one to debunk the "migrants don't increase the crime rate" myth.

What contradictory data? Post this mythical data that everybody talks about but has not yet been posted. What you actually mean is, "Stop talking about Muslims and start hating Christians." OK, how about this?
I've been thinking, despite the polls showing Muslims are 7 - 10 times more intolerant of homosexuality than Christians, Christians are so damn bigoted, and somehow worse, and there's a big problem with isolated communities of Christians in the UK becoming fundamentalist and turning against the human rights this country has fought hard to achieve over the past 100 years. I mean, obviously there's not, but there definitely is. What should we do with these vile, bigoted Christians? Maybe replacing them with Muslims is the answer because, as we've heard, diversity is progress. Always.

The problem for you there is that the issue in Germany is specifically linked to significant numbers of a certain subset of migrants (i.e. young lone/single men), which generally does not apply to the UK, which also has a much smaller number of migrants/refugees overall.
