The Behavior of UK Police officers.

I believe Winsor over the people here and I've given my reasons why.

This footage clearly depicts a group of officers running away from confrontation

This is obviously some strange useage of the word "clearly" I wasn't previously aware of.

Tell you want, rather that you obfuscating by converting unidentificed footage into gifs, why don't you instead link to where you got it from? We can then more properly judge what it is supposed to depict, and where and when it was shot.

In the meantime, here is a nice video of police dealing robustly with trouble-makers who invaded a town uninvited.

You linked to a story in the Sun where people said there were too few police and they wanted to see more.

Repeating myself gets very tiresome. I also quoted a retired detective Scotland Yard chief inspector. The one person who addressed the comment attacked the Chief inspector's character rather than come up with a counter-argument of his own.

And the express echoes my sentiments exactly.

The majority of victims of crime have no confidence in the justice system, as police “routinely” fall short of standard codes of practice, new research reveals.

Fifty-five per cent of those surveyed said the system failed to meet their needs, while only a quarter felt they were properly supported after reporting incidents to the police.

"Have we LOST control of our streets? "

Betteridge's law of headlines strikes again.

Now that is a genuine issue but of course not at all related to Muslims and "3rd world" people making Britain their home.

More crap. The things you link to don't even say what you think they do.

Do you mean the EX-Chief Inspector? What would be a counter argument to yours and his unsupported assertions in your opinion?

And the causes of any issues are clearly identified by the actual police.

Cuts in police budgets of hundreds of millions of pounds mean there are now 121,929 officers in England and Wales – nearly 22,000 fewer than eight years ago, say rank-and-file leaders.

The Police Federation says ministers have ignored pleas to end budget reductions and bolster the number of frontline officers. Federation chairman Calum Macleod said: “Our previous warnings are coming to light as we see an increase in violent crime and victims of crime not getting the service they deserve and expect.”

Just in case anyone is curious about UK police ranks compared to US ones, "retired chief inspector" is an approximately equivalent rank to "retired police captain".

Third world people upend animal rights laws. What makes you think they won't do the same for gay rights?

Strangely as the UK became even more diverse we gained such things as "gay rights" - when I was born it was still illegal for a male homosexual to have sex with another man. Those laws went back to when we were ruled by predominantly white men, with sometimes a smattering of black people e.g. Irish in there.

And when they do, they end up in prison, as we've shown. Are you really going to claim that white people don't break animal protection laws, or equality legislation? Really, you'd look less silly if you thought before you typed.

If someone (of a relatively low rank) left the police under something of cloud, we are free to question their motives for making claims that undermine the police.
