Penultimate Amazing
You seem not to be aware that the wording has been changed in recent times:
"... and swear to tell the truthiness, the whole truthiness and nothing but the truthiness...."

Not if he misremembered the change.
Because that fact is just oh so critical.![]()
No, no, no. I have it on good authority that you should remember these sorts of details.
...Or at least be able to prepare for questions by looking them up easily if you still have a calendar of your personal life from back then. No, no, no. I have it on good authority that you should remember these sorts of details.
Can you please provide a quote where he said this from the transcript? I think that you are mistaken. Stacyhs posted the quote that I remember on this. It's vague and refers to "seniors," not to himself.Kavanaugh said that he was legally drinking at 18 years of age. The drinking age at the time was 21. That's perjury.
“The drinking age as I noted was 18, so the seniors were legal,” he said. “Senior year in high school, people were legal to drink.”
I don't know if this has been posted already, but Nathan J. Robinson of Current Affairs magazine has an excellent article detailing the many lies which Kavanaugh pretty clearly told under oath during the hearings.
How We Know Kavanaugh Is Lying
My apologies -- I don't have time to list all of Kavanaugh's lies which Robinson identifies in the article, or even a fraction of them, as I'm short on time at present. I can try to return much later tonight and present a list then.
Does your article contain the opinions of legal scholars?
Not if he misremembered the change.

Can you sum up what any logical person is thinking after seeing the hearings on Thursday in one picture?
This political cartoonist can:

An unidentified Republican attempts to rape Lady Liberty.
That sure sums up willingly appointing a rapist to the Supreme Court quite nicely.

A logical person might be thinking should unverifiable claims of sexual assault 30+ years ago be enough to stop the nomination of a Supreme Court Justice.

They grandfathered in legal drinkers at the time the age went up.
The legal drinking age was raised from 18 to 21 in 1984.
Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh has readily acknowledged that he often drank beer during his prep school days and made a point in his congressional testimony that seniors could buy beer legally in Maryland at the age of 18.
But Kavanaugh was never a legal drinker in that state when he was a high schooler — he was still 17 when that state’s drinking age was increased to 21 on July 1, 1982. Anyone who turned 18 after that date, including Kavanaugh’s classmates, also would have been unable to drink legally in the state.

the depths of leftist depravity
Note that the author of the attacking cartoon has taken it down, appears that he grew a conscious. I will endeavor to search a cached version
Here is an article with a copy of the offensive cartoon
Looking forward to further defense of the indefensible
TBD is referring to a cartoon no one has seen which shows Kavanaugh's daughter praying to God to forgive her Dad for raping a women.
Of course, we could drop a hundred cartoons of Hillary Clinton eating baby-faces and running a pedophile ring, if you want to talk about depravity.
