New SCOTUS Judge II: The Wrath of Kavanaugh

You keep saying that hilighted part but the actual story is that he *escalated* the situation, threw a beer in someone's face, and started the fight.

I put it in quotes? When was that?

No, you didn't accurately quote the statement. You cut it in half and left out the entire point of what he said.

Then was that.

What Chad said? Chad’s point? Oh noes, poor Chad.

It's funny that big dog is too much of a coward to ever admit he's wrong.

When you make a fool of him he just stops responding.

LMFAO!

The things around the word escalated. The word you said I put in quotes. You really are just trolling aren't you.

:eye-poppi

You pulling my leg?

I posted the actual words you used asterisks as quotation marks around a word he never used.

What asterisks?

Hell, I was just joking earlier, but you really don't know the meaning of the word "escalate" do you?

I mean, you don't even know how to distinguish between a quotation mark and an asterisk. Bro, that's like, third grade literacy level stuff right there!

LMFAO!!!!

That's a Classic right there!

How about the argument that Ford is to be believed on her statement, and Kavanaugh is not concerning the alleged assault?

Here we have 3 witnesses named by the accuser that DO NOT corroborate her story. In fact, her alleged friend says she does not even know Kavanaugh. You may want to consider that those same 3 people named by the accuser -- did corroborate Kavanaughs claims regarding the assault. Yet, many posters here say they "believe" her based on her statements. Does that sound like an argument from incredulity?
None of that addresses my question(s) to you.

I’ve responded to a couple of your posts that quite clearly say that, paraphrasing (since I’m on my phone and it’s difficult to search at the moment): I don’t see how Ford doesn’t remember important details surrounding the alleged assault.

I’ve pointed out, more than once, that’s a pretty standard argument from incredulity, which you must know is a fallacy.

Those are asterisks not quotes. They are for emphasis.

What the hell? I'm with Big Dog on this and I'm almost never on the Big Dog's side. I HAVE NEVER seen anyone use asterisks for emphasis.

Brett Kavanaugh, *party animal*, is unfit to be judge due to his whimpering pitiful defense after Ford testified.

The pitiful whining alone was enough for me to send him packing.

It is obvious that the people who put Kavanaugh on the List didn't do their due diligence -
or more likely knew exactly what kind of guy Kavanaugh used to be and decided that it doesn't matter.
This shows that they are dramatically out of tough with voters.

Republicans were lazy and tone deaf and certain that they could confirmed whoever they want.

Democrats did exactly what a minority opposition is supposed to do: monitor what the other side is doing and report to the public what they see as abuse of power.
And the voters agree overwhelmingly with Democrats that Kavanaugh shouldn't be on the Bench.

He is not fit because he threw ice on an asshat 33 years ago.

This is what the resistance has been reduced to.

Let those that have never cast ice... cast the first stone.

Seriously, I always knew the abuse stuff was unsupported but the fact that the anti-Trump fanatics are reduced to Chad whining that Brad threw ice is unbelievable.

As has been mentioned countless times, Kvanaugh disqualified himself:
he ran for a seat on SCOTUS the way Trump ran for the White House - which is completely inappropriate.
If you can't see that, you are too deep in your partisan bubble.

What does being in touch with voters have to do with this? Besides, we won't really know how voters are going to respond to this fiasco.

And the voters agree overwhelmingly with Democrats that Kavanaugh shouldn't be on the Bench.
Do you have a time machine or something?
