Nope.

Just "Have YOU?"

He sucks at lying.
I think he's taking pains to avoid outright lies. Like his, "I was a virgin in HS" when that wasn't the question. Have YOU? He is absolutely evading the question.

Now that the talking heads are on I *really* can't stand this.

i noted that she said her friends and Kavanagh's moved in the same circles. Kavanagh says his friends hung out with girls from the local Catholic private schools, not Holton Arms. That's a dispute about a matter of fact that would be easy for investigators to resolve by talking to then-students from both schools. The answer would support the argument that they either did or did not know each other previously.

No one who ever played quarters in eligible to sit on the Supreme Court

The Left

No one who ever claimed that they didn't have time for drinking because they were out of town every weekend and focused too much on their service projects and school work to be out partying who then admits to having been adept at quarters, known for ralphing and a proud member of the 100 kegs club is eligible to sit on the Supreme Court.

Dr. Keith

PS: If Cardinal Puff is mentioned I may laugh my entire ass off.

Literally no one said that except you. They just asked what the game was then moved on.

Hi! Occasionally people use hyperbole or exaggeration to make a point!

here the point is that they are asking him about his ******* high school yearbook.

I keep trying to view his testimony as sincere but now that he's dodging questions right and left, I can't.

And he's even smirking as he dodges questions and downplays the facts by saying this was high school hijinks. That's one of the issues, dismissing sexual assault as 'boys being boys'.

BK's aggressive questioning of the Senators, rather than simply responding to the questions, is a bad choice, I think. It smacks of losing his perspective, albeit in a bad situation.

There's a difference between hyperbole and just making up things your opponents aren't saying anything even close to.

Establishing his lifestyle at the time is relevant to Ford's claims and Kavanaugh's defense against those claims.

ftfy

Listening to the GOP talking heads scold everyone is hard to take. I changed the channel halfway through Graham's disgusting rant.

I suspect he was coached to reminisce about his high school days as a filibustering/question dodging tactic.
