I'll have to admit that not getting fat is better than having high blood pressure because of it... so they sort of might have a point in there somewhere. However, that doesn't mean that big pharma is out to get you.

On second thought, they would like for you to keep living and taking their

But for the fact that the studies that showed "a few more weeks" were done using last gasp patients as guinea pigs. Assumption they use is that a few more weeks when you only have a month to live can be extrapolated to years, if given when you have a couple years to go.

Trump signed something about "right to try". It allows patients to use the experimental treatments before it is last gasp. I'm not sure it is employed yet, maybe there are ethics probs?

After three years of stage IV colon cancer, my bro is taking his last chemo now. So six months or a year for him. Unless....
