Dump's kids are up next. I have no doubt there's shenanigans aplenty in that Foundation that the kids are going to sweat over.
You think Schneidereman was bought off?Trump has gotten out of state law violations by bribing the state AGs ....
Trump made a big mistake upsetting the apple cart when he ran for POTUS.

It wasn't NY it was Florida, I believe, a campaign donation just before a ruling about a lawsuit, or something like that, it's easy to lose track. You think Schneidereman was bought off?
Not if he "repented," I bet. Evangelicals expect everyone to sin, but if you pray to their god, of course he would forgive, so why shouldn't you?
Exactly. The response is going to be "well, that was before he came to Jesus, so all is forgiven".
I'm quoting Rick Wilson because I haven't seen it better phrased anywhere else:
“All the things evangelicals had said for generations that made a candidate anathema were suddenly just fine … Being a goddamned degenerate pussy-grabber with a lifetime of adultery, venality, and dishonesty is not, to my knowledge, one of the core tenets of the Christian faith … Trump has opened entirely new theological avenues … There is literally not one aspect of Trump’s behavior as a citizen, a husband, and as a man that shows the slightest scintilla of repentance for anything, ever.”
Trump Tweets:
"I have asked Secretary of State @SecPompeo to closely study the South Africa land and farm seizures and expropriations and the large scale killing of farmers. “South African Government is now seizing land from white farmers.” @TuckerCarlson @FoxNews"...
The president’s tweet and his direction to his secretary of state seem to have been prompted by a segment on Fox News on Wednesday night in which host Tucker Carlson discussed the seizures. Trump tagged Carlson in his tweet.
Obviously these are people for who HUAC, Watergate, Iran-Contra and Ken Starr are ancient history if they've heard of them at all. It's practically a requirement for Trump supporters to know little and understand less.
I wonder how state charges apply to a sitting president.
I know with federal charges there are a lot of legal opinions that suggest a sitting president cannot be indicted. (Its not unanimous, and its never been tried.) So, at the federal level the impeachment process is used to deal with a president who is breaking the law. But if state prosecutors find that a president has broken state laws (ones that would result in jail time), can he be indicted by a state? (After all, impeachment wouldn't necessarily apply since congresscritters at the federal level might not be able to apply state laws.)
And one major result from Yesterday is that Mueller's political position was enormously strengthened;any attempts from the House to shut down the investigation are now probably defunct.
It's actually pretty easy to spot Repubicans disguising themselves as Libertarians. The main litmus test is to ask them what they feel about Open Borders.
A juror who sat on former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort's case said on Fox News Wednesday night that only one juror prevented a ruling on all 18 counts against Manafort

Some people would hang any jury. (Yes, BobTheCoward, I am looking at you ...)The juror who was the source for the article is a Trump supporter, but not necessarily the one who hung the verdicts on the 10 mistrial cases.
My sensationalist bones really, really, REALLY want there to be a conspiracy around this contrarian Juror, some undue influencing.
Pretty, pretty please?
My sister, who is a attorney, (and a huge Buffyverse/Angel fan) said the Trump legal team is the biggest collection of corrupt, evil lawyers since the firm of Wolfram and Hart....
