And now Giuliani said pretty much the same thing last night on Hannity.


“He knows the answers to every question that he wants to ask. He’s going to ask ’em, ‘Did you tell Comey to go easy on Flynn?’ The president will say, ‘No, I didn’t.’ Hey, Bob, you know it. Why do you want to get him under oath? You think we’re fools?”

So Giuliani thinks that Trump is guilty? This isn't just word games he is worried about or technicalities like what did you eat for breakfast on 3rd May at 8.00am.

Surely Giuliani knows that Mueller won't charge Trump with perjury unless he can prove beyond reasonable doubt that an answer was false and that Trump knew that and had criminal intent to deceive. That's why "I don't recall" is such a popular answer rather than lying, but Giuliani is probably right; Trump would rather lie.

*I don't know how to phonetically spell "decade" the way JKF pronounced it.

I see that Trump's "Good People" are planning a big rally in DC this weekend to celebrate the first anniversary of Charolttesville....organized by exactly the same group that organized Charolletesville last year.
