I remember watching him during the victory walk down Pennsylvania avenue. I had the feeling that was perhaps the first time he had been truly happy, smiling and waving to the crowds, and taking it all in. I also had the feeling it may be the last time.

Even Fox News took issue with this, with one of their anchors asking John Bolton if he could be specific about which wars have been started by the media.
 
Question: Before Russia attempted to manipulate the general election in 2016, is there any evidence that it did anything during the primaries to promote Trump over other Republican candidates? Or did it just take advantage of an unexpected opportunity?

I wouldn't quite say she knew. No question, she made a deal with the devil. But I doubt she fully understood the fine print. I've read enough about Trump and had a meeting with him 30 years ago. He can be charming in small doses. He also never had this kind of power in the past. As a real estate developer, you could ignore his rants.

The combination of power and adulation atrention has made him 100 times worse. We've been feeding the beast.

I did, too. I thought about how hard she works, and the long-term damage she's done to her lower back (because it ain't easy diggin' for gold). Then she wore that stupid "I really don't care do u" jacket. She sucks.

That statement is BS in other ways but isn't Randolph Hearst credited with starting the Spanish American war?

Yes... and that was my first thought, that he just (re)learned about WRH.
Unfortunately for him... we've got a lot (a whole freakin' lot) of wars under our belt, but not too many other similar examples. Okay... not my area of interest so I'm stuck at one. [emoji14]
